We stayed here in March 26 and the caravan was perfect. Had all the essentials and it was very well kept. The central heating was amazing and warmed the van up in minutes. Very cosy.
Location couldn’t have been better, so close to the front. 2 toilets was such a great addition and much needed with little ones. Also parking for 2 cars outside was great. The hosts were amazing, all the information shared in advance was spot on. Deposit repaid in a few days.
We will absolutely be staying again. Thanks Tom/Emma

We had a lovely weekend with family to celebrate my little boys birthday 🎂 I will definitely be booking with Tom and Emma again. The van was spotless and had everything you could of needed and more 💕 great help also when we were deciding on which caravan and location to stay at to suit our family ♥️ a big part thank you to you both 🥰

Had yet another fantastic holiday away. So easy to book in. Caravan was great and clean. Ideally located and the dog thoroughly enjoyed how close to the beach and local walks it was as well. Already booked in for June for our next stay xx

Most amazing rental company ! Me and my partner have been staying with North wales for the past few months while trying to get a property in the area. Tom & Emma have gone above and beyond in helping us with a place to feel like home while we look for our forever home. Both caravans we have been in have been nothing but amazing and felt like home to us. Second stay In the portland and this time we had the Christmas tree as we stayed for new year, it was so cosy in there. Yet again Tom and Emma made our stay comfortable with everything we needed in the lodge. We have booked a further 2 holidays, one in the lodge amd one in the new listing on Ty Mawr. Tom and Emma run a fantastic business I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Just wrapped up a week at Lyons Winkups in Towyn; the caravan was spotless, fantastic, and fully equipped with all essentials. Tom and Em were great at keeping in touch. We're excited to plan another stay soon! xx

Lovely caravan and in immaculate condition. We’ll locate for all amenities especially long walks along the sea path that filler d the cost. Had everything well presented definitely recommend it.

We’ve had 2 great stays in different caravans through NWHR. Tom and Emma have been very helpful, would definitely recommend and use them again.

We recently stayed in a beautiful front-row caravan at Winkups, Towyn, and were extremely impressed. I was not surprised though as we’ve used this company before. Walking around the site you will notice they have so many beautiful vans to choose from. The caravan was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We needed to hire two vans as we were a family of 7 adults and 2 children and the hosts helped arrange two caravans next door to each other! The customer service is fantastic and they got back to us quickly whenever we had any questions. The vans are stunning inside and out and super clean! There’s lots to do on site and close by, perfect weekend away! Not the first time and definitely won’t be the last we stay! Thank you so much for everything

Great stay once again. We only use North Wales Holiday Rentals when we visit wales now. Caravans are lovely and always clean. Tom & Emma are very accommodating, giving us an early check in on my most recent stay. 😊

Booking process was easy and straight forward, Emma and Tom was very helpful with any queries we had and responded quickly, lovely caravan we stayed in and was very clean and we all enjoyed are stay and the outdoor sitting area was large and comfortable our dog loved it, this is our second time booking with North Wales Holiday Rental and we will definitely be booking again next year. We had been double booked by someone else on a different site but a quick phone call to these and they sorted us a caravan out within minutes on a better site and a nicer caravan that we had originally booked. Thank you

Caravan was in a brilliant location on the campsite and was easy access to the amenities on the campsite.
Caravan was clean and well presented and had all good working amenities inside.
we received good communication from the agent upon booking and on the day we arrived.
Site is a short walk into towyn which was handy with a young child.
Would recommend using the agent again!
