I run Model Farm Country House in Somerset, it is a self-catering house sleeping up to 27 people. I have used Group Accommodation for several years to increase the amount of bookings for the house and have been very impressed with the responses I had.

Group Accommodation is a great company to deal with. I have both booked holiday homes through them and use them for my own large holiday lets. They are a breath of fresh air to deal with - especially after dealing with some of the bigger agencies who hide behind their computers and wont let guests talk to owners, and de-list owners who dont get enough bookings!

Fantastic company that offer a very personal service - recommend highly.

Pengethley Manor has only been working with Group Accommodation for a couple of months but we have seen a huge rise in bookings - most of our enquiries come from them and approx 80% have been converted to bookings.
They are very good to work with - promptly respond and are very helpful.

We've been with Group Accommodation for a few years now and find we are getting a good number of enquiries. We like the fact that there is a one off fee for the year at a reasonable price, and then we work direct with the guests ourselves. It links to our calendar which is a brilliant help, they capture all of the information we might need and then we can chat to potential bookings ourselves. It's easy to update our page from the owners side and we've always really appreciated our owner emails with stats and details that we get sent through to us. Can't fault them they've always been easy to work with and very helpful if we've needed anything.

I joined Group Accommodation over a year ago and have been so happy! I was looking for alternatives to airbnb and holiday lettings who take such large fees and do very little. The added 15% and the lack of any form of support to the actual owner was really grating. I have been so happy with GA and have had lots of enquiries and bookings. Being able to chat to people openly and adjust prices for them etc has been so great! I will definitely be advertising with them every year!

What I like about Group accommodation is that there is a great selection of luxury accommodation suit each budget. The website is really easy to use and I love the fact that you can see availability on the website but you can also contact the owner direct. Because this is not a booking platform there are no hidden fees so you always get the best price direct from owner. I like the fact that they have different categories for different types of groups. It was very easy to use. I will definitely use it again for my next group accommodation book.

I’m new to holiday cottages after retiring as a nurse . I joined group accommodation after being very disappointed with my agent . Wow wow wow they advised my photos weren’t the best but even with rubbish photos I’ve had an amazing amount of direct bookings for very little money .

I am leaving Group Accommodation as my business is closing after 28 years. We are a 5-star historic family estate with two houses taking up to 22 guests. We have used up to 60 channels, agents and listing sites over these many years. We have been with GA for most of our time in business. We have had a low but steady stream of bookings each year. Although not our top performing channel, nor our cheapest, I like the fact that they are very hands on, experienced and always helpful, so they were always a valued partner. I would not be leaving them were I to stay in business.

I first found 'GroupAccommodation way back in 2005 when researching on where to promote our soon to be opened Howgills Barn - or Howgills Bunk Barn as it was then. I couldn't have been happier than when I first signed up in September 2006 for something like £300 I think and almost immediately got a £2000 booking for a week at New Year. We have watched as the company has progressed and added many more new owners and properties onto their listing and we also added our Howgills House when we oppened that in 2020. We find them very helpful and our team rely on a good number of bookings direct from the site efvery year and look forward to that continuing. I feel sure that our only 2 weekend bookings available for this Summer 24 will soon be gone when we promote their late availability on the site.

We have been with Group Accommodation for over 10 years. During that time we have had many, many enquiries that have converted to stays.
The team are thoroughly professional and helpful and have always given sound advice. I have recommended them to other holiday let owners many times confident in their ability to secure bookings. I will continue to do so. Thanks for all your help.

Very disappointing. Joined in 9/2019. 3 times the price of alternative sites. Very few genuine enquiries and only a handful of bookings. Slick marketing and may be ok for some but not for us any longer. We're more interested in results. Better alternatives elsewhere.
Addendum: Having let this 5* house for 20 years we too have a certain amount of experience and a rather different perspective. Feedback that is genuine and heartfelt is intended to help everyone and generally welcomed. Trust Pilot would not exist were this not the case. The fact remains that GA has only generated a handful of bookings since we first joined in 2019 - far fewer than either Vrbo or Simply Owners who charge a third of the price. The latter has also held its subscription for the last 3 years whereas GA increased the current year by 25% after adjusting for a 'special' 15m offer in 2022 and its charge has risen 44% over 2.5 years [£540 12m from 1/6/2021; £780 15m from 19/10/2022 (in reality £624 for 12 months ie £780÷15x12); and £780 for 12m from 21/1/2024]. A premium charge requires premium bookings to justify and retain custom - not tinkering. Without them owners will leave and the business fail.
