AVOID THIS COMPANY — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
I strongly advise people to think twice before buying from this company. My experience has been absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered what was advertised as mineral water, but I received water that I believe was simply tap water being sold as mineral water. This is extremely concerning and completely undermines any trust a customer should be able to have in a business selling drinking water.
To make matters worse, they also sent me the wrong items. When I contacted them to resolve the problem, they failed to provide any proper response and ignored my messages. Once they have your money, getting any meaningful customer service appears to be a completely different story.
This is not just about receiving the wrong product — it is about trust, honesty, and basic customer service. Selling a product as mineral water when the customer believes it is ordinary tap water is a very serious concern.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience, buying from them was a decision I deeply regret. Please be extremely careful and do your research before giving this company your money.
