My experience with platinum services was great! I was assigned to Mo and Sarah, who were so helpful and efficient. Any time I needed help or wanted to ask any questions I was able to contact them directly. I am very grateful for their help as I am now enjoying studying Health and Social Care!

Omar has been great help with trying to get me into university I’ve not yet enrolled or got a date yet but the service so far has been great

I had a very positive experience with Platinum Services throughout my university application process. The team was professional, supportive, and always there to guide me whenever I needed help.

He was always in contact with me, followed up with me, and supported me throughout the preparation. His advice and encouragement gave me much more confidence.

The team really helped me from the beginning. Faheem was fantastic then Noran took over and she was amazing they took it step by step for me and that helped me a lot due to my ADHD. And Sarah worked behind the scenes.

At first I was scared as I’ve never been through this process before but when I was put into contact with the Agent Mel he was very helpful and understanding of my situation and assisted me step by step onto helping me get onto the course on the 10th of august I went for my induction/interview now on the 11th of august I have received my offer.
