UK power is very caring, with the much needed info it textes to me, telling me if and when, there will be a power cut in my area…

I don't know if we just live in a good area, but (thankfullt) power cuts, if any, are short lived. The power is usually rerouted quickly, but the most important thing is UKPower seem to be on it very quickly & always keep in touch via text & give timeliness for repair

We had a power cut when there was a fault with some underground cables. The power was back on within minutes and we were contacted very quickly to update us about the outage and what they were doing to fix it. 10/10 for communication and solving the issue.

Information of unexpected power cut was text to us straight away informing us of the problem of debris in overhead cables that had to be removed. Time frame given but our power was reconnected sooner than expected.

Quick notifications, quick updates, minimal disruption.

They were very informative with early information and regular updates. The work was completed ahead of their estimated timescale. I couldn't ask for better service.

Person was very helpful.told then I'm disabled and need electricly for my electric armchair. If there is a power cut I may be stuck in my electric arm chair

I had 2 guys come out from UKPN today and I have to say, they were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They provided the utmost care and excellent expertise, ensuring everything was fixed and back up and running within an hour. I cannot fault them at all, they were brilliant.

They response quick, staff are helpful. Problem fixed efficiently.

I'd give them Zero stars if I could. Continually bounced around from department to department, with no one taking responsibility for my query. Told to send emails (no reply). Taken up a lot of my time to-date & I still haven't got through to anyone who can help me. Truly appalling.

It is not often you nowadays to get through to a company so easily. Less often is to find someone that is so efficient, polite and helpful. I cannot praise Colin Campbell (2) enough. What a super representative!

I'm really impressed with the care and professionalism of the UKPN electricians who came to do our service upgrade and install a 100A fuse - our old fuse was in an awkward place and they were happy to relocate it so that everything is now readily accessible. A privilege to see the safety-first problem solving applied when things underground weren't quite as expected, and the skill involved in making a safe connection to the century old main cable in the street (stripping back and then bypassing the old earth sleeve made of lead).

I'm also impressed with the organisation around them who coordinated 4 separate teams of subcontractors all turning up exactly when needed to deal with the groundworks and good-as-new reinstatement.

All work done to a very high standard, on time, and with minimal disruption or mess.
