UK Private Investigators Reviews

A very timely and compassionate service. They do what they say that they will do!

Review for UKPI

I have been using UKPI for several years now, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Their efficiency and professionalism are second to none.

Very efficient.
Did the job asked within 24 hours !

Am truly ever so thankful for Tim and the teams works. Amazing, fast service, very professional and helpful.

Avoid this company. They have provided false details of financial assets apparently owned by my father. They have provided his wife's son, (their client) Darren Poole, with ridiculous financial assets apparently in my fathers name, but can not provide any account details on relation to any of the 3 accounts, they claim he owns. Disgusting behaviour, especially given my fathers age and vulnerable status. Scare mongers....
Edit. The company unsuccessfully tried to get my review removed, claiming it to be defamatory. However, following review, it's attempt was thwarted.
The owner has also since threatened me with legal action if I don't remove this review, despite me providing him with the report he has requested.
Edit to the above..As articulated in my email to you, please feel free to seek legal advice, as you well know, the truth can never be legally challenged, so i look forward to seeing what you believe you can take action on. Furthrmore, to anyone looking at using this company, i would advise people to look through the many negative reviews as to how this company reacts when challenged on inaccurate data it supplies. If Tims reaction to negative reviews is the same as his has been to me, i can only imagine there are others who due to the threats Tim makes of taking legal action if they don't remove their reviews, are left feeling scared by his empty threats.
There will be always be unhappy people when the want to be police officer that provided this substandard report without conducting due diligence - providing details of accounts belonging to someone with a different middle name, causing unnecessary pain to an elderly frail couple who up until this juncture had lived a very long happy life together.

Tim and his team were able to solve my PI issue within 24 hours which I think has been the fastest and most efficient service I have ever used ever! And at a very reasonable price :)

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end! Tim is very professional and clearly has years of experience that he puts to good use for his clients. Very responsive with an excellent turn around time. I can't fault the service and highly recommend to anyone seeking this kind of service.

I contacted UK Private Investigators with a suspected scam issue that was time sensitive. They contacted me immediately and by the following day the issue was resolved & I had a report in hand. I was more than pleased with the service they provided.

They rapidly found me information about a lost relative at a fair price.

Harry really came through for us. He analysed an audio clip that is being used as evidence in court and provided a comprehensive report which is fantastically detailed.

The investigators were quick and very efficient.
The information requested was found in less than a day.

I received a very quick response to a Locate/Trace enquiry. A minor follow-up enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am delighted with the service from Tim and his company UK PI and would recommend to all.

We have used UK Private Investigators for a number of years. Totally professional company offering a first class service and their turnaround is swift.

Tried to trace someone for the purposes of serving court papers however was given 3 incorrect addresses. It seems like they just give old or random addresses to get you off their back - very poor customer service as they just don't care and will say anything to keep your money. Always pay with credit card so you can get your money back when they don’t provide the promised service.

Edit: this is definitely not a fake review, I just choose to remain anonymous which is my right to do so.

The team was very good I have used them 3 times for 3 Different things. Well done to the team for your help and support will always use them again and I would certainly Recommend them.

A very efficient and professional service delivered in a cost effective way.
Met all my requirements.

My experience with UK Private Investigators was overwhelmingly positive. They are reliable, trustworthy, and truly professional in every sense. The peace of mind they provided was invaluable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of private investigation services in the UK. Whether you’re dealing with a personal or corporate issue, they are definitely a top choice.

I asked UK Private Investigators to trace someone's address. They gave me a result within hours of acknowledging my email. Their replies were all very helpful and quick. Highly recommended!

Thank you Tim!

What I most appreciated about UKPI's reply to my inquiry for a quote was:

- the speed of their response
- the clear pricing
- the 'no nonsense' attitude

I contacted half a dozen investigators for quotes. Nearly all of them wanted to get me on the phone so they could explain how 'difficult' the job would be, to justify a huge cost.

Not Tim. He kept it simple. If you want this service its £x. For that, it's £x....

After I instructed UKPI to proceed, I was notified immediately that my case had started and given an ETA for resolution.

3 days later my family's biggest mystery was solved!

I will definitely be using their services again.

I can't recommend UKPI enough.
