UK Private Investigators Reviews

Thank you Tim!

What I most appreciated about UKPI's reply to my inquiry for a quote was:

- the speed of their response
- the clear pricing
- the 'no nonsense' attitude

I contacted half a dozen investigators for quotes. Nearly all of them wanted to get me on the phone so they could explain how 'difficult' the job would be, to justify a huge cost.

Not Tim. He kept it simple. If you want this service its £x. For that, it's £x....

After I instructed UKPI to proceed, I was notified immediately that my case had started and given an ETA for resolution.

3 days later my family's biggest mystery was solved!

I will definitely be using their services again.

I can't recommend UKPI enough.

I highly recommend this company to do your research. I had answers in a matter of hours that saved me thousands of dollars from being scammed. I will refer this company to others if they need answers right away!

Speedy and reliable, fab work!

UKPI responded to my enquiry very promptly, efficiently, and professionally. I was pleased and very grateful for their assistance.

Extremely pleased with the service I requested and had my answer within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with this type of service. Thank you so much

Tim was quick to respond through email and very helpful. He was very informative and will guide you through the case that you wanted to do. And I was happy with the fast result. They really did a good job and help me clear my doubt. I highly recommend it. Will use them again in the future. 👍

I would use this service again. While I cannot vouch for its reliability (I would suggest looking into accreditation etc.) it was vastly (almost a tenth) cheaper than the quote from one rival, and communication was great.

Kindness. In a difficult moment being shown kindness, matters a lot. And of course efficiency!
I found both.

After trying to find information ourselves with no luck we turned to the professionals and had results in less than 24hours. Amazing, thank you!

Contacted Tim for a tracing of a person and he had the address and information back to me within less than 24 hours.

Has been using the service for two years and Tim never lets me down.

Would highly recommend.

Worked extremely quickly to get the results that I asked for and within the time frame that they provided to me

Excellent, efficient and cost effective service with great customer interactions. Used to Trace individual. Would recommend for this service

Couldn’t recommend their service any more. 24 hour results, 10/10 service, and they refund if they can’t do it🤝🏼

UK Private Investigators traced a long-lost relative for me in a matter of hours. Excellent service.

Exceptional service. Didn’t pay until service was completed - which was just 9 hours later!
Friendly, anonymous superb service. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks :-)

At a time of great grief we used UK Private Investigators to trace relatives we wanted to contact.
The service was prompt, professional and incredible value for money.
Thank you.

Tim did a great job. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine in London, and even though I don't live there, I don't regret trusting him at all. I received an excellent offer and the job was done in much less time than expected. Great professional, highly recommend to everyone!

UKPI is very efficient, effective and keep to their word. Less than 24hrs, my missing brother's details was discovered without collecting a dime from me. Their service is affordable. All the staffs attended to me professionally and warmly. I will recommend them over and over again.

My amended review date is March 4 2024. I am amending the positive review that I submitted below (see review in parentheses), because since January 12 2024 when I submitted it, UKPI have disappointed. On February 29 2024, I requested a new person trace, following the same criteria as my first request for a person trace, for which I had been charged £44.25. However, this time I was quoted £120, an almost triple hike in rate in a six week period. Upon inquiry, I was told that I had been undercharged (beyond belief for a company with a long track record, I felt), and they refused to budge. After a lengthy search and comparison of other agencies, I settled on Find UK People. They provided an excellent service at the competitive rate of £59.99 for a Premium trace. (Furthermore, Find UK People secured, in writing, that should I request a similar service in the fiscal year ending April 2025, I would be charged the same rate.) Therefore, I warn clients to exercise caution when dealing with UKPI.

My original review on January 12 2024:
(UKPI conducted a person trace I had requested in an exemplary manner and speed and with great integrity. The time it took from the initial contact until the delivery of the report was under 24 hours. I strongly recommend their services.)

Very happy with the service . Fast turnaround and successful outcome . Will most certainly use UK private investigators again .
