Ultra LEDs Reviews

Incredibly helpful, as always. In 2022 I purchased the Syndeo plug & play LED lighting system, and unfortunately the remote dimmer with this product is very unreliable. Thomas and Sophie from Ultra LEDs have been extremely helpful and understanding after two units failed - and replacements were sent very promptly.

I had a fantastic experience with Thomas over the last couple of days who helped me with quite a specific order - including some last minute changes and returns I had to make. Really helpful & quick responses ensured I got what I needed to make the job happen & ultimately keep my client happy.

Very good selection of LED aluminium profile / diffusers etc., quick delivery and very good customer service.

Tom helped us immensely, walked us through exactly which product we needed and assisted us through the whole process. Delivery was quicker than expected too!

Fantastic Company, great product with step by step guides and videos on how to set your lighting up. Customer service is great and very responsive when required, special mention to Thomas Humpreys who was particularly helpful. Highly recommend!

It is so much pleasure to purchase something from a company with such a polite, helpful customer orientated manner and attitude. I will definitely be back for my next purchase and will open an account then. Thank you Ultra LEDs

Great people to deal with from start to finish and explained everything really clearly.
Special shout out to Thomas in sales.

Responsive and efficient customer service.

Excellent customer service and top quality products. We kitted out our whole restaurant from Ultra LED and everyone loves the vibe.

Brilliant service! I’d missed something off my order and had to pay postage twice. They quickly updated my order so it’s sent together and refunding one of my postage charges.

Great quality equipment and arrived very quickly. Would use again!

Very helpful, I needed to buy led strip to down light wood panels but the conventional ones of Amazon wouldn’t work for me in this situation. I wasn’t sure what I needed to purchase to get started so I contacted the team where Thomas was very helpful and let me know exactly what products I needed to buy to get the results I wanted.

Spoke with Harry at Ultra LEDs and listening to my requirements and offered sound options, also explaining where I had details. Received the goods and fitted perfectly.

Swift response and resolution, Thomas replied immediately and resolved the problem very well. Thanks

Absolutely brilliant service! Ben Wheeler, Harry Butler Jack Bennett and Thomas Humphreys all helped me with my queries and resolved the issue I was having. LED lights are lovely and work perfectly in my cinema room! Thank you all!

I needed a driver for cooker hood leds.
Tried the usual appliance spares bods who wanted all sorts of numbers. Even after giving them every number on ID sticker they wanted more numbers! What was really annoying was they wouldn't accept a photo of ID.
Found Ulta LEDs. Told them what I needed and they supplied a driver, which cost less than £10! I now have lights again.
Very quick and courteous service from Mr Humphreys.

Sophie was my point of contact with my order. She did all that she could to try and resolve the part that I needed. I chose the wrong item but nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this company and that’s something that I don’t normally do.

Tom was very helpful and friendly. He corrected my error in selecting the wrong driver without being patronising. Everything was handles swiftly and efficiently.

Dont usually leave reviews, but the customer service was amazing!!

Absolute pleasure to deal with, replacments sent and recieved in less than 24hrs!!!

Great product too.....
