Unflatpack Reviews

Cannot say enough good things about Unflatpack. Denver and his team’s work is absolutely impeccable - no need to pay £10k and wait 4 months for ‘bespoke’ wardrobes when these look just as good!

From order to installation my experience with Unflatpack has been excellent. They responded to my questions promptly and clearly. Mike my fitter was helpful, friendly and very tidy. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent service from unflatpack - delighted with my wardrobes, Mike did an amazing job and was very professional. The team were helpful beforehand and had a very helpful call with Amber to design the wardrobes. Would highly recommend!

Very professional service, the fitters were on time, and got on with the job. Can honestly say it turned out much better than I could have imagine. They even hovered up when they were finished..!
I'll be having them back to do more work, so that tell you what I think of their workmanship.

So so happy with my new wardrobe! Looks so expensive!!
Mike did an amazing job! Arrived early in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

Having had astronomical quotes from the big name built in wardrobe companies, we came across Unflatpack. The process of getting a quote was easy, and the team made some helpful suggestions to improve my proposed configuration. Denver and Gary did a great job on the day, and we're really pleased with the end result!

Excellent service - the planning stage was easy and the office helped identify and iron out issues with my IKEA design. They advised on the steps I needed to take and were prompt but flexible with installation dates. Mike was professional and polite; he did a great job and our wardrobes look amazing. Top quality without the price tag - I will be recommending to everyone

I had my IKEA PAX fitted by Cosmin, who did a superb job, everything is perfect. He was professional and polite, and the workmanship was top tier.

The order process was very easy too with Anthony replying quickly to help me design and adjust my PAX setup.

I will be using Unflatpack again for other rooms in the house!

Professional and reasonably priced! The team have done an excellent job, our wardrobes truly look 1st class without the price tag. I’d highly recommend this service. You get the expert wardrobes you’d expect with a sharps/Hammonds etc but for a fraction of the price. We all know how great ikea storage is and these guys just make the wardrobes seamless!

We had 3 fitted wardrobes installed. Overall, we were very impressed with the communication from the company and the quality of the installation. The installer, Fero, was very careful to check exactly what we wanted and overall he did a very good installation. It was also finished faster than we expected. The only issue we had was that the cut-outs for the plug sockets were a bit rough on 2 of the wardrobes, but it's quite a minor issue and will hardly be noticed once clothes are in them.

Unflatpack have been really helpful with sorting the wardrobe designs and being flexible with fitting date. Our fitter, Fero, was fantastic and installed everything to an amazing standard!

We are SO happy with our IKEA fitted wardrobe. Our installer Cosmin really thought through all the details, dealing with difficult flooring and bent walls and it looks amazing! Thanks so much Cosmin! Half price compared to big companies specialising in fitted wardrobe.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I first contacted Unflatpack via email and got an initial quote. They then scheduled a phone call, where we discussed my project and the quote was adjusted down, as it was less complicated than they thought. On the day of fitting, Mike arrived nice and early, did a fantastic job of building the wardrobes and making them look like purpose built fitted wardrobes. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing I would suggest to the company is, that they should offer a service to remove and dispose of all the IKEA packaging and excess materials.

Great service, would recommend to anyone needing a high quality wardrobe installation. Mike was efficient, friendly and meticulous, and finished everything in a day. So happy I found this!

Cosmin and Gary were a pleasure to work with and did a phenomenal job. They turned the side of a room with an alcove, uneven floor, and sloping ceiling into a elegant fitted 5 door wardrobe. They really took the time to make sure the set up would suit our needs.

The attention to detail was wonderful, reusing the beading from the wall, adding an extra section/shelf with the leftover pieces, and putting the bed back together before leaving which was a lovely touch.

Krissy and Denver were also very helpful in the run up, great communication all round.

Only thought is we ended up with 8 extra pull out shelves and 5 extra shelves to bring back to ikea as couldn't realistically fit in the end, as well as a whole extra frame ordered for spare parts, and the fitters pointed out 4 of the drawers could have just been the smaller size instead of getting cut down. Taking the learning we could have spent more time checking dimensions ahead of ordering.

Overall a great experience nonetheless, highly recommend the team and service and would work together again

Mike was great with communication before and during. He did an amazing job building my wardrobes and transforming them to look more bespoke. I cant recommend him and the company enough. So glad I found them.

Excellent service from start to end with Unflatpack. Great communication from Denver Thornton who provided clever solutions and suggestions for our wardrobes, arrived on time and completed the job without any fuss and to a high standard. Just as I'd hoped for. One very happy daughter.

Amazing service. Incredibly progressional. Mike fitted my wardrobes perfectly. They look like truly fitted wardrobes. Mike was very meticulous and his attention to detail was amazing. I thoroughly recommend.

I have been having trouble lately finding affordable, reliable, and professional people in London. Denver and Liam did a fantastic job with a disassembled huge Ikea pax wardrobe. One unit was used to dress a quite useless built-in wardrobe and couldn't be happier with the result. The other was reassembled back and attached to the wall. Denver not only offers amazing advice but also listens to your needs and tends to your requests, trying to go the extra mile if possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make the best use of space at home, and will use their services again in near future.

Unflatpack are what they say they are! case studies and profile images on their website are NOT EDDITTED!!!

Firstly, having come across unflatpack website and looking into case studies it looked so good that I thought difinetly editted images, how could it possibly be this immaculately installed.

Having booked unflatpack I still wasn't 100% convinced and was nervous up until the arrival of the installation team, I was cooking up all sorts of 'what can go wrong stories' in my head.

Denver Thornton was absolutely exceptional to the final milimeters of getting every single detail floorlessly complete. His assisstant Liam was also brilliant. Both worked exceptionally well as a team to get the job done.

Though there was some design consultation miscommunication, Denver ensured everything was corrected on the day.

I love my wardrobes, installation is over and above expectations, and I am due to book them again to do my second bedroom!!!!
