I recently purchased some cluster lashes for the first from Unicorn Cosmetics I didn’t realise the shipping was going to take the time it stated in the email, however Unicorn Cosmetics is a team of SIX! Lush girlies Lillie was absolutely amazing she understood I needed them by a certain day, she upgraded my delivery so it would reach me in time! For such a small team Lillie responded to me so quickly compared to other beauty companies that have probably a much bigger team. I could not recommend Unicorn cosmetics enough and their customer service was beyond amazing! Can’t wait to try my new lashes and I will definitely be purchasing in the future

The lashes speak for themselves and I honestly love the variety they come in. But in this review I wanted to give credit to the customer service and the personal touches applied to my first order. Not many brands put much effort into their packaging, delivery notes and cute first order freebies but this brand does and they have now learnt themselves a recurring customer based off that alone! Thank you!

Their super pre glued lashes are absolutely amazing! Easy to put and last ages! I usually leave them 6 days, have a day off and then reapply but they would last even longer.

They also have great customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!

I usually love ordering from Unicorn Cosmetics, but this time I’m really disappointed. Some of the pre-glued lashes arrived stuck to the front of the box, and the packaging was very poor. The individual lashes weren’t even in their proper place. Once I have a bad experience like this, I tend to move on ,it just feels like I wasted my money for nothing.

I have been buying lashes for quite some time, from this company and have always been happy, I purchased some STFU lashes, for my son's wedding, which obviously is a happy emotional time, I put a set of lashes on myself and my sister, but the time the ceremony was over both our lashes had come off, I tried them again for work, but the end of the day they were off again, I'm extremely disappointed as they're not cheap, I feel like iv totally wasted my money

Absolutely amazing products. I have spent 1000s on lashes at salons, no more. This company are just the best. They are approachable, they are so focused on there customers, there products and packaging is 10/10 Absolutely best around. I was a lola lashes girl not no more.! This company deserves credit where credit is due.!

The absolute best lashes!! I have not worn fake lashes for years and thought I would give these a try and I’m so glad I did! Their super pre-glued lashes are amazing!! So easy to apply, and super comfortable to wear. I do close contact martial arts and I sweat a lot, and these lashes have not budged! Their customer service is also 10/10! Please release more styles in your pre-glued range🙏🏼🙏🏼

Don’t normally write reviews but wow !! Bought 2 lash cluster sets and got the clear bond and I honestly cannot believe how amazing they are ! Super easy to put on ! My new go to for my clusters now! Absolutely love them. First time trying Unicorn Cosmetics and I will be back❤️. Girls get buying they are MUCH better than tatti clusters! What a dream 😍 xx

I got one of the unbearlievable lash bundles after seeing a Facebook ad. They looked so quick and easy and gorgeous on I had to buy them and they really really were! Couldn’t actually believe how nice they looked and did not budge at all after sleeping, being in the pool and did not pull out a single one of my own lashes when I took them out!

I genuinely can't express how much of a difference UC's products have made to my confidence and self-esteem. After a long-term illness and losing lots of hair (including lashes) I'm just starting to get well again and felt so low in myself. I had never tried clusters before seeing UC's live (Morgan I think - sorry if I have your name wrong!) and just giving them a try I am blown away. I feel so confident and beautiful in them - for the first time in my life. I can't put into words how much of a difference they have made to my life. I've since bought so many clusters and brow products - I can't get enough. I highly recommend these clusters and brow products to absolutely everyone ❤️ thank you for giving me my confidence back 🥰

Super quick delivery, much faster than expected. Was surprised to see I was gifted a free brow balm which I’ve never used before, fab stuff. The lashes are amazing! I’ve tried different companies but so far I’d say these are my favourite. They’re quite long clusters so took me a couple of goes to get used to applying them but when they’re on they last for ages and look so good! I’ll definitely be a regular customer from on!

Absolutely spot on! Great value for money and they are so easy to apply! I’m a lash beginner! I have no idea what I’m doing so I got the after party pre glued clusters, they look amazing and are actually so simple to put on!

Very cute and very easy to put on, they claim they last a week? Done mine Sunday morning and they have ALL came off during the night. Nice and pretty but no difference to regular lashes

I’ve ordered lashes a few times before and never had any problems at all…. When ordering recently there was a small hiccup with Royal Mail…. However, the communication from Lillie was amazing!!! She made sure to answer my questions quickly and even allowed me to go and collect my order. The service from this company is definitely worthy of 5 stars…and what’s even better is they are the best lashes I’ve used and constantly getting compliments on them!!!!! 😁😁😁

I am obsessed. Used to get my eyelashes done a lot but when I had children I couldn't find the time so thought I'd give these a try. They are so fluffy and so easy! I looooove them! Also delivery was so quick came in 2 days. They have really added something to my face, made me so much more confident. Thank Unicorn Lashes so much x

I recently ordered some lashes to wear for when I go into labour. I tried 2 new sets but unfortunately I felt they were just a bit "too glam" for what I was going to be wearing them for. I messaged asking for recommendations on what set would be better. Not only was Lillie in customer service extremely helpful (sending pictures of her recommendations), but she advised that she would send out a new set for free! Cue the next day and a lovely purple package had arrived. Inside was the recommended lashes we had spoke about, as well as ANOTHER free pair AND some teddy texture brow gel!! Not only was Lillie a pleasure to deal with, this act of kindness was just so well received. Bravo unicorn cosmetics! You have made this girls day :-) xx

After Party Pre-Glued Lashes
By far the worst cluster lashes i have ever used! Followed the suggested application method and they just do not stick at all. Even after using an oil free cleanser on my natural lashes prior. A waste of money and a waste of time
