I had an old iPhone XR that was broken…
I had an old iPhone XR that was broken after a night in the rain. I tried several shops in Belgium and China to repair my phone, or at least try to recover all my data, photos,... but none of them told me it was possible. I didn't have any backup on the cloud. Then I found this iFindit tool of unictool. Not only my phone is working again, all the data is still on there. So many memories recovered. Thank you 1000000 times. Lesson learned

Due to an account error, I canceled my subscription and purchased it again on a different account.
Echo quickly processed the refund and cancellation of the subscription.

I was very distraught over not receiving support from the big companies(WhatsApp, Google) to resolve my issue despite struggling for two weeks. So I used one of this companies applications as a last ditch attempt. Even though my problem was not resolved, the support I received was quite a change from the AI replies I received from those companies. Special thanks to Amanda for trying to help me through this. Definitely one of the best customer support I have ever received.
