Good product but you need to know what while movng chats or trying to download your Whatsapp resets and you need to register again. Since I did not know this I panicked as I though I lost all my data

Amanda from UnicTool was quick to reply when I encountered some issues transferring my whatsapp data from my IoS to Android device with the Chatmover service. Even though the issue couldn't be resolved for my specific case, I experienced the e-mail contact with UnicTool as understanding, friendly and thoughtful. Definetely recommended for their service.

The app seems have potential, but it is very with multi-speaker function that it's not usable for my work despite it advertisement so.
In particular, after select 5 different lines of text for another voice, the system becomes freeze(with bug as in the screenshot attachment) and not able to generate voice nor edit, nor add new lines for another voice. I confirm that it's not working for 5 voices each for one line, nor one voices for 5 different lines. This is horrible and make dialogs between multi-speakers impossible to generate.
I have tried to reinstall and restart the system. The problem persists, so it's a bug in the software in multi-speaker function.
Therefore, I asked for a refund according to the refund policy from their website because it doesn't work properly according to what it advertised.
However, the service team refused full refund, but a refund of only 30% of the subscription. It's also mentioned that the bug cannot be fixed.
This is against the refund policy and also against comsumer protection law in EU and UK. I withhold the right to pursue legal compensation and file a complaint to the responsible authority.

"If the software malfunctions due to a technical problem that is unable to be resolved within the trial period, and the customer is unwilling to wait for a software update, UnicTool will refund the purchase price."

The email of a rejection of full refund, but only 30% of it:
"As a responsible company, we are deeply concerned about our customers; we want all of our customers to get happy and satisfied with our products and service. In this issue, we would like to give you a 30% refund. Or no refund but we can offer a free subscription (similar price) for any other software on our website if you need it."
