Can not fault the service

Very helpful staff, products first rate, couldn't ask for more.

Very helpful and accommodating, even when changing my original order for something else.

Very friendly staff, great products.

I have used Unishop a few times for Slatwall and other fittings, good stock availability and prices, plus good delivery is great.
Will 100% use again.
Communication feels person to, especially when they call do discuss your needs before sending a bit delivery out.

Good communication, but unfortunately that is about it.

Told me 1 item of what I had ordered was currently out of stock and would be delivered by the end of the week at latest. The week after I had to chase. I stayed home numerous days to not miss deliveries. They said they would post out the other items but miscommunication meant they hadn't amd nobody had called whilst someone was away. They were then also out of stock so ended up waiting again. Couriers then lost the item for a few days. They posted out replacements and then the original ones arrived. I asked them to cancel the others and they confirmed they had been. They then arrived so stuck with some 3m tubing I don't need. Although this wasn't their fault, the rest was pretty poor. After asking for a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience it was a flat out defensive no.

A brief telephone conversation explained everything I needed to know. The terms and conditions/delivery were a bit traumatic and fortunately everything went well.
Installed the twinlock hanging rails and it was so easy. Ordering some more as they look so good.
I wood recommend this firm very highly.
Thank you.
And

Polite efficient service. Delivery came on the day requested

The fact that I was initially disappointed that the product I needed was the wrong size, but it was double-checked and found to be a good fit and I was called back to confirm 😊👍🏻

Price is reasonable cheaper from other shops

Great stock, excellent service, very pleasant member of staff.

All good with promised delivery time met 100%

Great customer service, product just as described, very helpful when I needed advice.

I am astonished at how fast this order arrived. I ordered it one afternoon and the next day there it is on a lorry. Great price and absolutely made up with my new slat walls. They look superb. Highly recommended
