appauling customer service!!! and ignoring my emails yet there is manufacturing defect with the large bag twiglets!!! they choose to ignore!!! i have tried to contact multiple times yet zero response and shoddy defective products!!!

I’d give the new Krackawheat zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling, used to be my favourite. I was really looking forward to lunch today. So disappointed I wasted my money. Definitely won’t buy them again and I’d advise everyone else who likes these to boycott them too until they return to the original recipe.

What the F has happened to twiglets, now horrid flavour and even taste burnt, don't buy, 2 tubs for the bin this Xmas.
Apparently now baked with less salt and some flavour that is not twiglets.

I'm complaining about the,awful taste of Twiglets. A taste that I loved every since they came onto the market now ruined by something I can only describe as disgusting as unpalitable - I had to take it out of my mouth it was that bad !! All my family and friends say the same.
Definitely don't buy these new over baked ones.

United Biscuits have shot themselves in the foot by changing the renowned favourite recipe of 'Krackerwheat' much enjoyed by millions of customers for it's salty taste and crispness to be replaced by a bland tasteless square (not crisp) fit for the bin.
United Biscuits will loose millions of pounds in revenue because of this stupid act and they deserve to do so until they revert back to the much loved original recipe. My advice to customers is 'AVOID AT ALL COSTS' because they are a waste of money and United Biscuits should be sued under the trade description act.

Bought a box of Family circle very disappointed with the range of biscuits in the box won't be buying them again.

You have ruined Krackawheat. They are awful now. I'm sure there are beer mats with more flavour. Just wasted more than £4 on buying these which are now going to end up in the bin. Heed this - If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it. Used to be my favourite but no longer. I was reluctant to give even one star. You need to refund people who have bought these new recipe crackers

Completely ruined Krackawheat! Now it not only looks like cardboard it tastes like it too. Such a shame, used to really enjoy these with some nice cheese. They’ll probably end up in the bin and I’ll have to find an alternative

What the hell were they thinking when they completely changed the recipe, texture and appearance of KrackaWheat? Was it supposed to be an improvement? My guess is it was cost reduction, cheaper ingredients, well imo it was a big, BIG mistake. The 'new' KrackaWheat is dreadful, stale, flat, no crunch, like a dog biscuit. At £2.09 a packet they are a complete ripoff too and I will never buy them again. My advice, try the gourmet crackers from Aldi, far superior at less than half the price.

Absolutely awful crackers.I have always had these and were the best crackers by far but no longer.They taste like cardboard with none of the saltiness and flavour that used to be.Never buy these again and at £2.10 a pack a complete rip off.

Purchased a packet from Tesco. When I arrived home I noticed the packet was partially open. On close examination the packet had been poorly sealed. I read the customer complaints details on the packet and sent the packet to the address on the packet in the Netherlands. Two weeks later I get the packet back in the post with a note from Dutch customs"refused entry"!!! What is that all about. Tried sending a complaint to Jacobs Ireland via the web stating the same problem but received no reply. Just a simple response to all at Jacobs ...you have lost a lifetime fan/ customer of your product ...see you in receivership in the future.i still have the sealed box from Customs.

Went to mum's for tea and was delighted to see Krackawheat in the tin - how disappointed was I! I asked how long they'd been open as I thought they might be stale but no, opened the day before and stored in an airtight container! What have United Biscuits done to its customers - what did we do to deserve this bland, saltless, piece of cardboard. May the original Krackawheat RIP and the genius who decided to change the recipe RIP also. YUK - don't waste your hard earned money peeps - they're CR*P! Would give no stars if possible.

I just bought 2 packets of Krackawheat which I haven't had for years and was one if my Favourite crackers..They were absolutely disgusting!Pale dry and tasteless and crumble into a mess,nothing like I remember them!Why on earth change them to a tasteless cardboard substitute.
It seems every thing these days is shrunk ,watered down and recipes changed to save money or sugar and salt restricted! . Never will buy these again...they are going in the bin !!

What have you done to cream crackers? They taste bland & nothing like they have all my life! They have also got paler. Have you lost the royal seal?

You've destroyed Krackawheat, the only decently tasting cracker in the supermarket. I'm not going to be buying any others so that's it now. I thought that by now you'd have come to your senses but sadly no.
I suggest you sack everyone responsible for the decision at every level as they are clearly clueless and know nothing about your product or consumers. What did you taste test this new recipe against, a piece of moulding cardboard? Was the testing done by a goat or a pig? Maybe just someone who hates crackers I guess. Now it's just a foul sawdust textured, tasteless square of crap. Like eating a polystyrene cup.
I'm avoiding all your other products in fear of them being as bad as this has become.

I have been trying to get an answer about a complaint I recently made about a product. They have not even acknowledged my complaint and are not responding to any further emails I have sent. I can see that no comments or responses have been made to the Krackerwheat reviews on here and that doesn't surprise me

gave one star as had no choice to choose no stars. What the ecky peck have you done to your krackerwheats? Once so tasty and now awful, like a stale biscuit at the bottom of the barrel! I'm presuming the change is to suit the smaller population of vegans... well you're definitely not selling them to me or anyone I know. Much expensive cardboard flops. Won't ever purchase again unless they revert back. So much better alternatives in the shops. Goodbye to a once loved family favourite 😢

I bought these hoping for the good old Krackawheat taste and texture. These new crackers are like eating some stale old dead thing found behind the cooker.
I’m giving them to the poor pigeons, hope they don’t mind.
