Unprofessional therapist and late delivery of ESA letter
The contracted therapist was impatient and irritable in his emails, & got offended when I addressed him in writing as Mr. rather than Dr. despite not clearly indicating his title in his email signatures. The ESA letter was only received several weeks later when I reached out asking for it, at which point they finally sent it, but claimed it had been previously sent on the day of the eval, even though I received no such email on the day they claimed to have sent it.

I apologize for any confusion about the therapist’s title and for the tone you felt in those messages. We will address this directly with that provider.
Regarding the delay with your ESA letter, I apologize for the frustration. The therapist noted it was sent on the day of the evaluation, but it’s clear you never received it. Sometimes emails land in spam or fail to send properly, but that’s still on us to ensure you get your documents promptly.
I’m glad you now have the letter, and I want you to know we are here to help with anything else you need. If you ever have concerns, questions, or need a new provider going forward, please let me know and I’ll take care of it right away.
