Emotional support
The customer service was great they heard my crys and heard my needs and automatically said I was approved. Then the phycologist called me and he heard my crys and my story and said dont worry we will help you..so they approved my little Chihuahua as my emotional support dog.. I'm very very grateful 🥲🙏

I called in for assistance in filling out my DOT documents to upload to the airline website. Ben was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I was able to complete my task successfully! My dog can NOW travel as a service dog! Life is good 😊 🐾
