amazing service to get the exact holiday plan i wanted!!

Andy Behne from the Indooroopilly team was nothing short of exceptional in his dealings with me. I'm actually from Sydney but called after hours so I was redirected to his office. He listened to exactly what I needed and had provided a competitive quote within just a few minutes. He was so patient with me (I was in a bit of a pickle that required a relatively long explanation) and gave me multiple options to choose from. What makes my experience even more noteworthy is that I found out part way through the call that his office was actually closed already and that he was working back to help me. But it doesn't stop there - he even contacted me that night around 8pm (once he'd gotten home) from his mobile to see if he could do anything else to help me. It's that kind of unexpected service that makes you just say.. wow. Andy, thank you so much for the time you gave me and I'll certainly be referring people your way if they ever need help with a trip!

Demi the travel agency was excellent in talking and explaining good job demi my son and girlfriend also booked with demi and she looked after i would recommened demi at penrith to anyone

The staff at the Pacific Fair store in Brisbane, especially Paul hv been absolutely wonderful. Would recommend him and this company in a heart beat.
