I would like to warn everybody not us UPS. We paid for an overnight service and basically the package was returned to sender, us a week later. They ask for a telephone number for the delivery but do not give there drivers a telephone. They made excuses they tried to delivery twice. The first time they said they couldn’t find the address. I then gave them further directions and the second time they said there wasn’t anybody to take the package which was in correct. They then rescheduled the package to be returned to sender (us) and this took 3 days to get to us. When looking at the tracker and schedules provided, the package went backwards and forwards between depots and the back again to the original depot. When requesting a refund because they failed to fulfil their contract with us they refused.

Worst service, I will not recommend any one to use this service. Shipment delayed without any reason and status showing incomplete address. All other companies Shipments are delivered on same address. I gave mobile no. If anyone have doubt about address, they can call and confirm.

Everytime I order from a company called northern UPS reschedules my delivery no exaggeration every time . This time they rescheduled twice already . I was supposed to get my delivery on Tuesday it's Thursday and it's been rescheduled again , was leaving on vacation in the morning but can't now, need that package before I leave , change Airport tickets Uber pick up times so much trouble for something so small , Called UPS that was worthless they said that the driver can deliver it or simple say they don't feel safe so they don't have to deliver .never been rude never had a cross word it's just Union lazy worthless drivers wanting an easier day .

Apple Please dont use UPS UAE
I ordered an apple pencil on 25 September promised delivery with UPs on the 27th September to the Aloft Dubai creek hotel. Never received the parcel - said delivery address incorrect - not true. I subsequently had the hotel call UPs who told the receptionist they will attempt delivery on the 28th but they are very busy. Never received the pencil - just an email saying deliver address not correct despite me emailing ups twice today. UPS does not answer calls - acknowledge the email but no solution. Unfortunately i am now leaving UAE and will hopefully get a refund from Apple

From UPS Tamworth Dept manager after I reported a near fatal accident resulting from the action of a UPS delivery driver on M42 near Tamworth on Wednesday 10th August at 15.40 hrs ( Vehicle registration number YK15HBD - Vehicle Number 76098 ) The driver threw a large mug out of his window at another vehicle which in turn hit my new car causing over £2,000 damage . Be careful if you are allowing this type of delivery driver access to your property to deliver parcels, as the Tamworth Dept Manager has not bothered to address this incident he obviously does not see this type of road rage from his driver as a problem. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from both the UPS driver and Manager

Stayed in especially as I knew parcel was expected today. I’ve been working downstairs right by the door yet I just received an email saying failed delivery as I wasn’t in and they’ve delivered to a parcel drop off somewhere. What absolute lies! Driver simply couldn’t be bothered to deliver to me. I do not have my own transport so now I will have to pay for a taxi and go and collect it. Absolutely furious, and why no review site for the U.K.? Because of too many complaints about their lazy useless drivers I suppose.

UPS in the UK... the worst company ever when it comes to shipping your goods. We are now changing. Problems with every shipment, no calls returned and emails ignored. Avoid! (I cannot find UPS UK on Trust Pilot), but it looks like this is a problem not just here.

Worst shipping company in the UAE
Worst shipping company in the UAE avoid using them. I have an expensive item shipped from the USA. The process of the shipment in the US was faster and efficient but here in the UAE its like a jungle.
1) they hardly ever anyobr answers my calls on their costumes service line.
2) I had to follow up 5 times today as my shipment delivery date is today to check what time I should expect the delivery. I was informed it would be delivered today between 5 - 9 PM.
3) the worst thing of all the things that could happen is I was informed my package was misplaced. An expensive package is misplaced.
Was it misplaced or did they take it???
Please ask your online merchants to never deliver your items with UPS to the UAE as you will never get your things on time or maybe ever.
Shipment returned to sender without contact the receiver
I had a shipment from UK coming to me in UAE and was supposed to be delivered today. I called the call center 600544743 at the very early working time and stayed on the line 18 minutes. Then I gave the lady the tracking code and she insisted that this shipment is send withing UK (from the sender location in UK to another location in UK, not to UAE) though I am in touch with the sender and the sender confirmed days ago sending it to me in UAE. However, after few, I check on the website and it says the shipment has been returned to the sender. How come? nobody called me and no SMS received and nothing. UPS is the worst ever & I would never use it or recommend it
