I Recently bought a new Gaming PC from Utopia & couldn't be Happier. Excellent customer service when ordering & staff were very helpful. Absolutely delighted with my new PC & will be recommending Utopia to all my friends.

As a Wedding Photographer, I need my PC to be on the ball, lately it has been slower and slower, I phoned up Utopia Computers in Kilmarnock, spoke to Craig who was excellent, he passed me on to Euan, who remotely checked over my PC, deleted loads of nonsense on start up, did some other check and gave advice on little bits and pieces.
I am honestly over the moon with the service, 5* is not enough. I will be taking my PC into Utopia for a general clean up etc, delighted with the service and it really is second to none.

The guys at Utopia are the best. They are always on hand and responsive to requests for help. Following an email asking for assistance sent late on Friday, I received a call on Saturday. We spent 90 minutes working on the issue and have a working solution. Many thanks.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Utopia Computers and genuinely can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. After dealing with a faulty motherboard and getting nowhere with the retailer, Utopia stepped in and handled the situation with real professionalism and care.

Even after I bought a brand‑new motherboard and still had issues, they took the whole system back at no extra cost and checked every single component for me. They didn’t rush it, didn’t make assumptions, and didn’t try to upsell anything. They simply did the work properly. In the end, they identified the real problem — the RAM I was using wasn’t compatible with the motherboard — something I would never have figured out on my own as the website I used to pic parts had advised me the RAM was completely compatible with my motherboard.

Their staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout. As someone who knows very little about computers, I felt completely at ease and never once felt talked down to. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and genuinely cared about getting my system working.

It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with honesty and proper customer service, but Utopia Computers absolutely delivered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommended.

I bought a computer from Utopia Computers in 2025. I was exceptionally pleased with the simple, straightforward customer sales experience at the time of purchase. The PC itself was superb, exactly what I wanted. I recently had an issue with some malware that had been inadvertently downloaded and was causing me some issues. Craig Hume personally responded to my request for assistance and sorted the problem out in quick order - and at no cost. I think there are very few services out there nowadays, that would offer that level of personalised customer service. Well done Utopia Computers, well done to the boss Craig and all his team. If you are in the market for a new PC then look no further.

I recently purchased the Stratos‑18 from Utopia Computers, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish.

The team were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I chose the right configuration for my needs. Build quality is superb — the laptop feels solid, runs quietly, and delivers the kind of performance you’d normally expect from a high‑end desktop.

I have recently purchased a PhotoPro photo editing PC, from Utopia Computers, and found both the pre-sale, and after-sale service, to be second to none. I also experienced no issues in having the PC, customised to meet my requirements.

Both emails, and telephone calls are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. I would describe the customer support provided by: Craig; Barry; Sean and Ryan as excellent.

In conclusion: I would not hesitate to recommend Utopia Computers to any potential customers.

The service that Utopia Computers provided is amongst the best I've ever experienced and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I bought a custom Ballista PC in January 2026.

After placing my order, I emailed Utopia with a list of questions about my system and Marc responded very quickly with an extremely comprehensive and patient reply. And then again with my follow up questions. And yet again with the follow up to the follow up. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble.

During the ordering process, I forgot to add case fans to my build. When I remembered about them a few days after placing my order I (once again) emailed to ask about it and Marc responded, again very promptly, to let me know that he’d add them to my build at no extra cost. Correcting my mistake, with flawless grace and at no cost, was absolutely unnecessary but massively appreciated.

My PC build was completed a full week ahead of the expected date and was delivered one day later - 6 days before the earliest delivery estimate. I’d been worried about it being damaged during transit but I shouldn't have been - the packaging it came in was high-quality, robust and very secure and the machine was spotless when it came out of the box.

The build is fantastic. The physical set up looks really good with very neat cable management and the system install was incredibly clean, meaning I didn't have to uninstall loads of bloatware.

Very happy with our purchase of the PhotoPro Ultimate back in July, as it has allowed me to implement a smooth and fast workflow for my photo editing. There have been a couple of occasions on which we communicated with Barry and Marc, and they were very attentive, helpful, and courteous. The issues were minor and caused by external factors.

I can't recommend Utopia Computers highly enough....

I decided to buy from them because they appeared to be the only company I could find paying more than lip service to photo editing PC's.

I considered buying the photo editing YouTube addition but wanted advise on one or two changes to the spec. Craig and I exchanged several emails in which he considered what I wanted and presented several different options.

PC delivered in about 7 days!

What made me even more satisfied was the after sales service. There was a problem with the PC on delivery. I emailed Sean who had built the machine. He problem solved the issue and ran through what to do. He responded to each email response exceptionally quickly. It transpired the RAM had come loose in transit (These things happen and no fault of Utopia).

Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone

Delighted with my new purchase. I needed a new photo editing PC to run Photoshop, as my old computer was now struggling and so slow to process files. With a budget of 1K, I went for the PhotoPro Advanced with AMD Ryzen 7. Wow what a difference, the whole setup is perfect and processing speed is amazing. I estimate, its increased my work output threefold saving so much time. Thanks guys!

I used Utopia Computers last week for the first time and I cannot recommend them more highly. There was an intermittent fault with my laptop and I fully expected to have to leave my laptop for a few days, at least, but they looked at my laptop straight away and managed to fix the problem within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the professional service I received.

Bought a new photo editing pc from Utopia. Before purchase they answered all questions honestly and quickly.
The pc performs as they described and I am very pleased with it. It runs much faster than my previous one and saves time when editing large numbers of photos.

Utopia is brilliant, they are very helpful. and a company i imagine will continue to grow, the customer service was excellent. i waited just over a month to post this review to really test the pc out and its flawless, no bottlenecks and i just sold a huge client because of the capacity of the machine they built so i guess i owe them a beer as well!

I have dealt with Utopia over many years and have found the service to be excellent. The boys are obviously knowledgeable enthusiasts. They are prepared to spend lots of time with customers discussing products, patiently answering questions and ensuring that exact requirements are met. During these initial discussions there is no pressure to buy. After delivery, there is always someone at the other end of the phone to help with any difficulties in setting things up. I am on my third computer system with Utopia and have found these to be of high quality and reliable. I appreciate, too, the local touch ie. the ability to easily pop into the store if necessary.

Super system for editing my photographs and does just what it says on the tin! I also had a wee problem with adding a new password so called to the team to support which they did very quickly. I managed to sort it myself but it was great to know that my back was covered should I have any issues, thanks Utopia!
