I found the whole process very stressful

I found the whole process very difficult & stressful, possibly because I am an older person, so not used to using this form of technology. It's the first time I have had to fill in questions in this format, so didn't realise I only had a certain length of time to answer questions before I got put back to the beginning. It took me 3&1/2hrs to complete

This company, does it's eligibility checks, then if you're successful they just get on and loan you what you need, no hassle just very simple really, I like them as a company.
