Waste of time
I spent so much of my time doing the surveys and would almost be finished, then they say I’m not part of the demographic they’re looking for. I tried 3 more and again didn’t even want me to attempt them.

not the first time..
not the first time... again today i spent about 15 min on a 16 min survey to be told i was not a qualified participant, there is a screening in the beginning to sort out participants ??????????? why. i am now looking for a different site to do my surveys, not impressed with this company at all ............

I did a 20 minute survey and they asked me at the 90 percent mark for my age and then they cut me off this was the second time this happened I wasted 20 minutes on it 😑 it was last week as I haven't been on it puts me off not sure of the date sorry but otherwise I am enjoying it

The rewards never came ! I even followed their help pages. Repeatedly they stalled with excuses and made it more frustrating. Shamm ! Don't waste your time.

I'm really enjoying the diverse surveys I've been able to participate in, as they are very relevant to my children and me and work conditions. I'm finding the surveys are straightforward to complete. I also like the diverse topics that I've been able to participate in.

Disgusting Customer service
I have been with this survey company for many years so I would have thought they would help me out. The moment you have an issue they don't want to know you. All I wanted was to be able to log in and redeem my points , but all they do is send you Automated responses, there's no one you can talk to.,it's hideous. Good luck to anyone who wants to redeem points. I would never encourage anyone to join this site STAY AWAY !!
