Van Buyers UK Reviews

Just sold my Van to Adam at Van buyers.
Pleasure to do business with and made the whole process super simple and very quick.
Would highly recommend.

I dealt with Adam Smith and the transaction from start to finish was top rate. I would highly recommend these guys and Adam.

Excellent customer service and ease of sale

Spoke with Adam agreed the sale of the van and within 5 hrs vehicle had been collected by Lee
Professional polite and helpful staff would recommend them above the competitors

Very quick, professional and easy. Price was agreed on the weekend with payment and collection finalised just a day later.

Jeff the collection Representative was also very professional to allow hassle free transfer.

This company did a deal with me on the phone after seeing the photos etc sent me an email asking for all documentation and invoice " bought my van they said"nevertheless didn't hear back from them wasted my time

What a great company this is. No hassle, no haggling and a awesome service. Kept me informed through the whole process.picked the van up from my home address. Easy no stress transaction. Great work. Thankyou will definitely use you again and recommend.

I was a little apprehensive when I decided to use these guys to sell my late husband’s van because I’d never used a company like this before but Danielle and Adam made it a very simple and positive experience for me. Carl who came to collect the van was also fantastic and after a quick inspection and phone call from him the funds were transferred into my account. I would highly recommend Van Buyers UK. Thank you guys.

Great experience, Danielle and Adam were fab, good communication throughout. They gave me a fair price which they stuck to. If you are honest about the condition of your van, they give you a fair deal, no tyre kicking and knocking prices down when they pick up, just good straight forward business. Ray who picked up the van was lovely. I'm a happy customer.

Great experience they give you a price and stick to it when they come to pick it up. No trying to knock you down

Just sold my pick up with van buyers uk, and Mike provided a great service start to finish. Lee, the driver who collected my pick up, was very friendly and professional and made the handover easy. Overall first class service and would highly recommend! Simon - Scotland

Very straightforward experience, nice customer service, all round first class service 👏 recommend them to anyone looking to sell their Vehicle. Ray the pick up driver was excellent, not a lot more I can say other than keep it 💯 up.

Really efficient service, I was kept updated by Hannah at every step of the way, she was very informative and had great customer skills, the driver Lee arrived less than 24 hours later to pick up the vehicle , he very professional and polite, once he did a quick inspection of the van he made a quick call and the money was in my bank, very impressive service from start to finish.

Jeff, Adam and the other 2 gentlemen were very helpful and a pleasure to have walking me through the process. Smooth transaction, swift too. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they even kept a distance which was considerate during a pandemic.

They don't give you a review in minutes you enter your details and press "Get My Evaluation" button and no evaluation turns up you then have to upload photos etc,so all in all a complete waste of time

What a pleasure to deal with a very professional company. Very efficient and excellent advice and communication from first contact to the collection of my van. It took less than 24 hours too. I don’t usually leave reviews good or bad but in this case, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend. Thank you.

Easy process dealing with Hannah. the driver carried out an inspection and was happy. The money was in the bank within a few minutes.

Great service from start to finish advice given along the way team always kept in touch and process was hassle free
