Very polite, easy to talk too, did his job and everything expected

The whole process was very simple. John arrived on time, was very clear in his communication, took care of the DVLA paperwork and arranged payment before he left. If you want a quick, no fuss sale, I would definitely recommend Vandervan.

Waited in for the arrival time that was agreed received a call 5 minuets before the end time to be told driver had broken down re booked for following day time came and went called to be told driver is running late but assured I’m on the list hour went by so called again to be told even after the confirmation text of time and date that it’s not booked for today it’s tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with this incompetent company

I have been given multiple different time slots on different dates, yet nobody ever bothers to contact me. They don’t call to arrange the van collection, and they can’t even be bothered to ring and let me know when they are actually coming.When you try to sort it out and ring their customer services, they are absolutely useless. Save yourself the headache and use a company that actually knows how to communicate.

Got a quote over the phone and excepted then got a call off a John who gave a a day and time he would be with me, John was very polite and made the process effortless he is a credit to your company

They gave us a quote and a time and date to collect our vehicle. The price was fair and they kept us updated at every point. John who collected the vehicle was very friendly, patient and helpful.

Sold the vehicle as scrap. Sent off paperwork to DVLA. DVLA claim not to have recieved the paperwork. Vandervan did not register the vehicle amd sold it on. Those owners did not register the vehicle and now I am facing court and fines through no fault of my own. They verbally agree they took the vehicle but will not put anything in writing. Currently getting legal advise. Vehicle sold as scrap but was sold on and they did not adhere to DVLA requirements leaving me in a costly and legally difficult situation.

Expecting to o get between £4.5-£5k offered low ball of £3k

When they phoned me the guy on the end of the phone was unprofessional and just hung the phone up on me.

I waited in all afternoon for my appointment and they never showed up and didn’t have the decency to call. I’m not sure who is writing their positive reviews but it’s definitely a very unprofessional outfit…
