They charged my CC but never received my product

I've dealt with Vapedeal quite a bit in the past and always had a good experience but unfortunately things have changed for the worst. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that most vape shops are about to be snuffed out thanks to big tobacco and our wonderful government.

They haven't filled or shipped my order from last month even though the product showed to be in stock then and still continues to show in stock now. They have not communicated with me in any way even after sending 2 different emails for updates. I guess they simply don't give a crap anymore yet they are still apparently accepting orders and taking peoples money.

DO NOT deal with Vapedeal unless you are prepared to lose your money or file a chargeback, which I will be forced to do (as I told them I would) in the next 7-8 hours since they couldn't be bothered to respond to any of my emails about status of my order or receiving a refund.

Update: No change in status or word from Vapedeal but I did file a chargeback for this transaction this morning. Let's see if Vapedeal will communicate with VISA since they refuse to communicate with me.

I placed 2 orders a while back. They have already charged my card but the status on both orders are saying processing! And I can't get through to them on the phone to find out why I haven't received my product yet?

Where's my refund????????

I still have not received my order that I ordered over 10 days ago. I'm being asked to review something I have yet to recieve. Very frustrating!!!

My first order was shipped out a week later after I reached out to them. I was told it was because of storms and power outages. I felt bad for even having emailed. I didn’t realize they were in Texas. They did immediately ship my order and there were no issues with it when it arrived. My second order was placed on February 26th. Today is March 5th, and it is still being processed. Their website says same day shipping. I emailed customer service yesterday, but got a ratings review instead of response at the time of this post. I hope to hear from them soon. I will update or submit a follow-up review accordingly.

I payed for a 3 day shipping, extra 8 dollars and now it still hasn’t come for 2 week, and I tried to send an email to customer support, but it forced me to create an account, and after creating that account and sending an email, I still have no vape or response

Ordered six packs of Vaporesso coils that turned out being counterfeit. I checked them on Vaporessos website and none of the numbers came up as legitimate.

I purchased six packs of Vaporesso coils that turned out to be counterfeit. I am very frustrated because I spent a lot of money and spent a long time waiting for them for them to be fakes.

Price was good but shipping options were not. Still waiting on product coming via USPS.

Ordered some coils for a good price. Received them in a couple of days with no problems. No complaints, gets a 5 star review from me.

Never received the order I was charged for. Never heard back from the 2 email inquiries I sent inquiring about my order. Paid for the 2-day delivery. No products as of this day. Insane!!!
