Received zero help from them so far regarding my order... No confirmation email, no shipping info email. Nada, zip, zilch... the phone number they list isn't any good, the support email address isn't any good, there is no live chat from what I'm seeing... if my order gets filled, I may retract my negative review... until then, 1 star it is... if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected that...

My order is stuck in processing, vapedeal will not respond

Ordered Lost Vape Orion Plus one week ago, paid extra for 1 to 2 day shipping, still no package delivered. WTH???

Scam business, ordered product stole my money filing a dispute with my bank.

I placed an order on March 6th, I never received a confirmation nor did I receive my order. I have made numerous attempts to contact you, you have completely ignored me yet this is the 2nd time you have sent a request for review. You have been paid in full and because I used quadpay my request for a refund or help resolving this has also been ignored. Buyer Beware! This company is a complete rip off,

Ordered my vape juice on the third of March 2021, still haven't received it. Not able to contact anyone phone is disconnected, no response from email, and chat is in the form of a bot that is a joke. FYI don't order from this company, they'll take your money gladly and then run.

I never received an order confirmation of any type, shipping info, nothing. Especially not the vape I ordered. And I have no order number to even reference. The only thing you guys did properly was take my money, which I will be notifying my bank of and disputing

Today, March 19, 2021, I ordered items since March 11th for $ 42.15. After 8 days, the shop has not delivered. I contacted. There was no response. Terrible. Vapedeal is a scammer.

Customer Support has not reached out for 7 days now, and my order was not shipped.

Placed two orders and still have not received them. Customer service does not respond. Do not buy from here

I cannot rate the product itself because it’s still not here. It’s been over two weeks since I have placed the order and all the emails I have sent asking about it have been ignored. Vapedeal is usually better than this but I can’t help but feel frustrated. Hopefully someone actually sees this and can get my order to me.

Charged card, never received order, never received tracking email (I also paid for faster shipping too), contacted them through website never received response. But hey I did receive this rating email - so I guess they do know how to contact me!

Very good service. Fast delivery. Good products. Reasonable prices.
I'm just disappointed that because of the government the shipping cost is going to be outrageous and inconvenient. I just hope Vape Deal can stay in business!
