I placed a order on April 5th order number 100079616 and still haven’t received it. I would appreciate an update ASAP. Barbara

I was charged for the product I purchased at the beginning of April, I have yet to receive a confirmation email, or anything indicating that I will receive the products I have ordered. All the emails I get are these emails asking me to review my product. How can I review my product if I don't even know if I'm even getting my order that I paid nearly 20$ for.

I never got it. And I can't get in touch with anyone from your company.

I placed an order on the 8th and it still says processing. If I were to get at least a shipping confirmation I would be happy to give a honest review

Never received my order. I'm pretty sure I ordered twice and it's been well over a month and haven't got anything no tracking no email nothing. I'd suggest just getting your stuff else where

This site seems like a very decent site I just had ran into some problems with my order and haven’t yet been helped contact info isn’t helpful.

Scammers, they went out of business, they're still taking orders, taking people's money and then not shipping. Phone disconnected and email bounces back, they won't answer instant messaging either. Beware!! Contact your bank and dispute the charges.

They never sent me tracking or a confirmation email. Said 2/3 day shipping- didn’t happen. But they sure enough took my money. Website wouldn’t let me open a support ticket and the email for customer service doesn’t work! I was left with no other choice but to file a dispute with my bank. I do not recommend.

I ordered product at the beginning in March and I still haven't received anything in the mail or even a tracking or shipping notice. I tried to email the company since it is the only way to contact them but the email isn't valid. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

Ordered on 4-7-21 and no ship, no response from them, email to them bounces back as undeliverable. They're going out of business (like most online vape shops because of the PACT bill that bans all online vape sales starting 4-27) yet they have no problem stealing our money. Someone needs to report them to the Texas AG and try and stop them.

Ordered twice for express shipping. Never got either order.

My package normally arrives the week after I ordered it but it hasn’t arrived yet and that worries me.

I have contacted your support department about an order that I placed on March 27th that I still have not received order numbrt 100079562. Whoever I was speaking to said they were going to get help and never came back to tell me what happened to my order. As of today the order has still not been received but the money was taken from my bank account. Please return the money to my account unless you are able to get this order to me ASAP.

No email confirmation received and no idea when I'll get my order.

I never received my item and you have no way to check order status or shipping. Terrible experience.

The experience was pathetic with no response from the support team and no update on the order. I have not received my order yet and you should be receiving a dispute filed against you guys.

I ordered juices they took my money and never received my order. Not a good way to do business.
