I still have an outstanding issue, Im missing one of my jackets and I haven't been able to resolve the issue, I ordered and paid for 4 jackets and only received 3.

The jacket was great and turn out the way it was custom but I never got told anything till it was almost shipped which was 6 weeks later after order

Terrible, i wrote you an email yesterday aftee receiving the jacket with no reply.

Here’s my email again:
Dear Varsity Base ,

The jacket has finally arrived, and unfortunately, the quality is completely unacceptable.

To begin with, the medium size is clearly not a true medium—it is oversized and corresponds to a large size, not what I ordered.

Additionally, the zipper used to remove the inner lining for sewing patches creates very noticeable bulges on the back, which look extremely bad, make it appear as if one has a hump, and are also uncomfortable and even painful to wear.

I was also very clear when requesting that the leather of the extra pocket should NOT be white like the sleeves, but green like the lining. This was explicitly confirmed by you, yet this request was completely ignored.

Please let me know how you intend to resolve this situation, as this jacket does not meet my expectations in any way, and it is far too expensive for a poorly made product from India.

I expect a prompt and concrete solution.

Amazing company to work with! They were helpful and caring from the start! The process was easy and when I messed something up, they fixed it before my son’s jacket went to get made so it was done the way he wanted! I couldn’t have chose a better company to make my son’s letterman jacket! We will be back for our youngest’s at the end of the year once he letters! Thank you so much!

Amos from the customer satisfaction team kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the final product before shipping. He even sent me photos of the jacket before final approval and shipping. When I received the jacket, I noticed its excellent craftsmanship and quality. Varsity Base has earned a customer for life. Jacket is exactly what we wanted, fits exactly how we wanted. The only complaint I have is there was not very much communication. Did not receive an email that jacket had shipped, but that really isn’t too big of a problem. When I emailed, I got a response quickly.

Ordered custom jacket in late October. Got a design mockup "for my approval" but did not, since there were several errors. I've been patiently emailing them since October to ask about fixing the simple errors: getting the correct size varsity letter, correcting the placement of the school name (way too high), and getting the right sleeve length (sleeves 12" too long wouldn't be helpful), but in almost 6 weeks since I ordered, I can't get a simple response. Instead, without answering simple questions asked back in October, they emailed today (5 DEC) that they want to charge $100 for "changes to an approved design-" a mockup which I NEVER approved! I never approved the mockup because it had errors that I've been trying to explain to them for almost 6 weeks- they still have not answered simple questions that I asked when I ordered in October. Need some elementary customer service form this company here; this experience has been atrocious.

The company first contact was with the team to make sure my measurements are good--very quick and seamless. And what I really like is that they keep giving you updates on milestones of your jacket (where its at the process). Awesome. Totally worth it

They did a great job with changes exceptional customer service.

I was very pleased with Varsity for a few reasons. First, the jacket looks amazing. Secondly, whenever I had a concern or question, they were always quick to respond. Thirdly, It was a pretty quick turnover time, even though it was later than what they originally expected it to be finished and shipped. I was very pleased with the service and feedback I received. I am beyond annoyed. I never received a proof of my jacket and I paid the Rush fee. There is little to no communication. I was told that my jacket would be completed and shipped yesterday and I would receive tracking information and today nothing and no response to my inquiry. I ordered this jacket on November 18th and it is now December 4th. I told them that the jacket was needed by December 10th but I'm not sure that's going to happen. I have sent multiple inquires with no response. I hate this has happened because the purchase of this jacket could have lead to 39 more jackets ordered. Communication and customer service go along way.

I am satisfied with my new varsity jacket. I’m glad that we were able to fix the situation in a timely manner and your team executed the task. But I did notice I forgot the buttons should of been all black but they were the wrong color but it’s ok I jus have to get it altered on my end

good quality but the fabrication to delivery time is closer to 8-9 weeks than 4 weeks as advertised. Shipping takes longer because it's coming from India.
This was ordered to coincide with a birthday, and I had to give a print out of the jacket order.

The Jacket Looked Amazing!!!! My daughter was super happy 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
