Drop off was easy, car arrived in a week, which was way quicker than expected. No damage to car, good experience all around

A week to pick up in Vancouver. 2 more weeks to get it to Edmonton. When they were Searail I used to get vehicles to Alberta from Ontario quicker than this. I will fly down and drive back next time. Price was fair though. Maybe the delivery pace is tied to them keeping their costs down.

I am paying $2,700 and giving my $35,000 car sending it to Halifax from Vancouver, chose Livingston over other companies after reviews you have , just to be ignored by your staff, i called 6-7 times from my phone number no answer, i called from a different number she answered first ring, here is story.
while paying invoice i told them i want my car to be shipped on 9 nov, they cannot accommodate me, fine understandable. but what is the attitude for? maybe try to be nice to people? she kept cutting me on phone, when i told her mvs and other companies are out there to ship it for me maybe refund will be fine at this time. she said ask from person who sent you email. already late seeking a refund would be disaster, i thought again about it and called again called almost 6-7 times no answer, called from my work phone she answered on first ring. maybe hire better people Livingston? i will edit this review once to rate the whole experience once i am in Halifax

I had a great experience with this transport company. They were reliable and everyone I had contact with along the way was very friendly and responsive. I had an imported vehicle transported to me from the Vancouver port to a garage in Ottawa, and the process went very smoothly. The vehicle arrived exactly when they predicted it would, which was a huge relief to me. Thank you, Livingston! Particularly Tomoe Shiraishi, Rene from the Montreal location, and the awesome, friendly, and efficient driver (whose name I failed to get because I was too excited) who brought my vehicle here to Ottawa, beautifully intact. Merci!!

Moving to another province was chaotic and stressful except for Livingston. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My car was picked up from the hotel where I lodged until my flight to Alberta. The driver who picked up my car was very accommodating and waited the extra couple of hours until I could settle my affairs at the bank. It was delivered undamaged to my home on time. Good experience.

I received my vehicle today and everything was perfect 👍🏾. It took about two weeks for it to get picked up in Ajax, Ontario and was delivered in Sherbrooke, Quebec. I was always calling to confirm everything. They were very kind and accommodating. I would recommend Livingston International to transport your vehicle from any where to any where.

My vehicle was dispatched on 14-may-2021 and I received it on 04-Jun-2021 on Vancouver Islands exact 3 weeks end to end
Only they don't have online tracking service.
You need to call and track which is also good since calls are quickly answered for tracking.

From my first conversation with Mirela Dzindo to the delivery of my vehicle at the promised time I was extremely pleased with my experience with Livingston.
Any email questions sent to Mirela were answered within minutes. She kept me apprised of the ETA which was appreciated. She was very professional, courteous, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
I had occasion to speak with the dispatchers in Montreal and they too were professional and courteous, as was the driver who called me an hour before delivery and arrived when promised.
In all, Livingston was a great company to deal with

Everything went well. My vehicle was shipped from Edmonton to Brantford Ontario. The quote was very reasonable. Michelle and Katrina were always responsive to my inquiries, emails and follow ups. The guy who picked up my car in Edmonton was very thorough in inspecting my car prior to shipping. My SUV came back without any dents or scratches. I just don’t know what happened during transport but one of my cameras is no longer showing an accurate view on my dash monitor. There are no breaks on any of the cameras but when I view it on the screen, the images on right side appears tilted to the side. I don’t know how to fix it. My package of car wipes was also ripped open. They could have just open the resealable flap if they wanted to use some of it. I wouldn’t mind at all. If they wanted the air freshener, they could just have taken the whole package instead of ripping off the air freshener from the packaging and left it in the car as evidence. Overall, I am still happy that my car came as per their ETA without any major issues and I would still recommend them to others.

A particularly precious vehicle I entrusted to Livingston arrived in Vaughan, ON from Delta, BC on schedule and undamaged. Mirela and Ricardo at the Delta office are the two most conscientious people of all the Canadian and US transport companies I've ever dealt with in many years. I am grateful for their genuinely caring-nature and efficiency throughout the process.

moved a vehicle from Calgary to Toronto... every part of the process was explain .. the vehicle arrive ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.. I have used Livingston in the past and they have never let me down..

My dash car camera disappeared from my vehicle with all cables and charger. This is really surprising and frustrating

Livingston was true to their website. Everything happened as expected and within the timelines they had stated. All staff were friendly and the drop off and pick up were both painless. They even made sure I could have my car the day it rolled in.
