I'm writing to express my gratitude for the professionalism, helpfulness and responsiveness of your team in your Toronto office.

I was very impressed by the courtesy call from Danielle, to ensure I had all the information I needed and book my drop off time. Thank you ~ one less thing on my to-do list!

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Danielle and Ed. The office was following Covid-19 protocols, so I felt safe and comfortable to conduct my business.

I had a very quick and thorough car inspection with a young man (I can't recall his name) - all in all the entire process was excellent!

As for that Edmonton team ~ my car arrived within the time quoted, and I was picking her up shortly thereafter.

Customer service was fantastic. People are so friendly and helpful. The process was simple. It took awhile to get to destination, but pricing was reasonable and everything was great. Very happy.

The Livingston Representative Danielle was honest and explained the expected eta for my sons vehicle (Michael), transportation from Concord to Delta BC. The timeline was accurate and she kept us up to date via emails through out the entire transportation across Canada from province to province. Her customer service and friendly manner was excellent and we will certainly use Livingston Vehicle Transportation Service again should the need arise. Actually this was our now our 3rd time using this service, twice for my daughter in 2015 and 2017 and recently for my son vehicle November 2020.

Disappointed my vehicle did not arrive before noon as promised (arrived at 3:30 PM) but every other aspect of dealing with Livingston was just fantastic!! Really good people and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Car transport from Winnipeg to Calgary, was able to get squeezed in for a shipment (I booked last minute) super friendly staff, went above and beyond for me. Car arrived with no damage, highly recommend- thanks!

Re: Livingston Vehicle Transportation. My wife and I have worked with Mirela for two vehicle shipments this year. We found Mirela to be a star performer both in customer attentiveness, diligence in her detailed examination of our vehicles and setting realistic expectations of the delivery schedule. She was also very accommodating to answer any queries regarding the status of our shipments when we called in. We would highly recommend Livingston based on our experience dealing with Mirela.

Good service, my car in very good condition.

I have been dealing with Michelle and Katrina for over a year now and they have always been amazing to work with. Both are friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas. I can't say enough positive things about my dealing with them and how quickly they always gotten back with a quote or how detailed they are in everything they do. She was extremely pleasant and helped me with some documents that I really needed while I was on hold. She went and pulled files to manually get the information I requested. She then emailed to me in one minute!!!

The service was good (no scratches on the vehicle) but slow, we were quotes ten days of shipping but it took twenty one days. They also permanently vandalized my keys with a permanent marker. That being said, the workers were all exceptionally kind

Car arrived on time but with blue paint splattered all over the passenger side and with damage to the interior. The seatbelt buckle had been wrenched in half and is no longer operational — someone had clearly been spending time in the car as all the backseat consoles had been removed and the radio was blaring on a local party station when I turned on the car and I never listen to the radio.

Apparently their insurance doesn’t cover damage to the interior and despite the fact that I have photos and video footage of my immaculate white car at the time of drop off they decided that the car didn’t come in contact with anything while in their possession so they refused to honour my claim.

Absolutely appalling. Stay away.

This is my second time using Livingston. The shipment time was great! Vehicle Great! However when you have to give your fob for your vehicle & you’ve LOCKED your centre box & glove box & find them unlocked when u receive vehicle & coin & chargers missing. VERY DISHEARTENING! I called left message to my concern & got no reply. I get it; LEAVE NOTHING IN VEHICLE! BUT THEY WERE LOCKED! Too Bad People Are Disrespectful!
