Just opened my order right now and tired on the clothing. I ordered the Comfort Profile Cargo Trousers which fit okay, I got the regular size instead of the short size which was a bit too long for me. Movement may feel a little restricted due to lack of stretchiness in material other than that 10/10

I also ordered the Tails Anti-Pil Fleece Jacket. It’s thicker than I expected which is great and definitely keeps you warm.

Items never arrived.

A package was supposed to arrive at my home today and I paid extra to have it arrive faster
But you can see that instead of bringing him to number 19, DPD left him at number 13. SOMETIMES WHY?? because the address was correct and twice I set the postcode to understand.
I have to go looking for him from house to house
I called them and at least apologize...I wouldn't recommend ☝🏻

As several other buyers have mentioned, the sizing is extremely small.

I’m usually around a 34" waist. I can wear a 34, but I prefer a 36 (though I still need a belt). I own Scruffs, Snickers, Site work trousers, as well as Next and Levi’s jeans — all in a 36" waist and they fit fine but a belt is needed.

I ordered two pairs of work trousers from Veltuff, and I couldn’t even fasten the button.

I haven’t worn them properly, but based on first impressions, they don’t seem to be top quality. The material on both pairs feels quite thin for workwear, so not sure how durable would be.

Ok, so the product sizes are way off. It's internet shopping, I get that, things vary vastly, and it's an accepted part of not going to the shops!
Their returns system is abysmal.
Firstly, there's no postage paid on returns, so it cost me £8.00 for a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Parcel.
It was delivered the next day.
This was now 14 days ago.
I have called several times.
I have emailed several times.
PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
Otherwise, I'm calling fraud and reporting you to Visa, and let them sort you out.

Veltuff make it as difficult as possible to return an item. Requested a RAN (as required under return policy) on the 02/10/2025 and I received an email confirming my request would be reviewed and further instructions provided. 5 days later and I’m still waiting! Have emailed again, but I suspect it’s how Veltuff have set it up to work. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Veltuff UK based on my experience.

My new work trousers were a little bit tight a 38 waste, so rang lady from
veltuff to send them back she give me code for free shipping. I at to reorder to pairs in next size up in a couple of days it was delivered, so I will no hesitation on work wear again from this company

Order never received. It’s been over 3 months and still haven’t received the refund. Reading the other reviews I can easily understand it’s their business model!!

A great all round service. Delivered within 3 days of ordering. The quality of the winter work coat is exceptional .Already used in heavy rain and kept me dry throughout the night shift. Will use the company again.

VELTUFF UK unfortunately do not do returns .
I purchased workwear then returned the items immediately and it’s taking them months to give me back my money.

So many emails back and forward asking me what’s my issue , what’s the return code I received, what’s the order number, over and over again clearly stalling for time

I’ve given up they clearly don’t want to give me my money back

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. !!!

Just ordered protex1 T shirt and Softshell jacket amazing quality and fit perfectly. After trying many others I think I’ve found my go to company now for hi vis clothing. Shipping is speedy and customer service is excellent can’t fault this company at all outstanding work.

Extrem hohe Rücksendekosten, Arbeitshosen haben eine minderwertige Qualität.
Wenn ich von meinem Arbeitgeber Veltuff Arbeitsbekleidung bekomme hat diese eine deutlich bessere Qualität als im Onlineshop wo jedermann einkaufen kann.
NIE wieder Veltuff wenn ich die Qualität vergleiche grenzt das ja schon fast an Betrug!
Wenn man dann die extrem billigen Sachen zurück sendet sind die Retourenkosten eine Frechheit!

Alles super gelaufen kam bisschen spät aber sonst super

Die Lieferung wahr innerhalb von drei Tagen bei mir. Die qualität ist für den Preis überwältigend, da können sich einigen Branchen Konkurrenten noch ne Scheibe von abschneiden und der Schnitt ist so wie es sich für eine Arbeitshose gehört. Die Beine sind vernünftig weit geschnitten das sie nicht beim Laufen fladdern aber auch nicht so eng, das man sich nicht fühlt wie bei einer skinny Jeans.

Nur positives zu sagen, immer wieder gerne bestelle ich bei Velttuff.

First order for sweatshirts ok, quality good for general use.

Second order also for sweatshirts (but another colour and size) not good at all. Sent sweatshirts of the desired size and colour but clearly a different product all together (website only lists one type of sweatshirt). Online chat just apologised and sent a postage slip for returns for a refund, forgetting that I still wanted the sweatshirts I'd ordered. I was then told to buy more...

Why bother. Sticking with the undesired sweatshirts they sent but they can have a low review instead.

I ordered 3 things but only 2 arrived.. my emails said all 3 things had arrived and are ready to collect. I emailed and was told the 3rd item is pending dispatch but wasn't given a reason why this was. I was told I would be updated but haven't heard anything in 5 days.

Extremely slow posting, not good when they charge high postage costs. Didn't post for over a week from buying the goods had to send back for a dif size still haven't got my replacement yet.
