Blood tubes
Awful. Customer service non existent. Never received my order. Waited to supposed delivery date and nothing received, so I call, they said they would call me back, they never did! So I emailed and they just said logistical issues. Jokes. Avoid this company. I now have a client and no tubes, despite placing order weeks ago. Not a good experience at all.

I ordered the VACUETTE® Quickshield Safety Tube Holders from Sterling Medical and was really impressed. The product is well-designed — the rotating safety shield makes it easy to use and adds an extra layer of protection without changing the usual technique. Ordering was simple, delivery was quick, and customer service was responsive. Great experience overall, will definitely use them again.

I’ve ordered from Sterling Medical a few times now and every time it’s been a smooth, hassle-free experience. The website is easy to use, the products are good quality, and delivery is always fast. Ordered some items on the 12 March, no notification to say the items have been shipped, estimated delivery date was last week and haven’t heard anything. Tried phone lines with no answer and emailing with no response. Unsure if the company is legitimate?

Unfortunately my order from Feb 18th has still not arrived 4 weeks later. Order number #2014. Delays happen and I understand this but I have had no response despite multiple emails to customer services. I’m feeling frustrated.
