Brilliant as usual
Brilliant as usual. Have used this company on a number of occassions for new doors and windows. Efficient and friendly staff - from Josh and Paul, undertaking the initial surveys, Emma in the office and Jakob and Noah who fiitted the actual new windows. I would certainly recommend Ventrolla to anyone.

Craftsmanship Expertise at it's finest
This company installed my windows from Mon, 07- Fri,11.07.2025. What can l say..., expertise at it's finest.
This company strives in what they do, fitting and installing double glazed windows and doors to an excellent standard. And it shows. Nothing was beyond their capabilities, as these workmen are trained to the highest calibre and the finishing results were out of this world. I'm not just saying it. During this very hot weather, these guys worked just as hard, they never tire or slumped. They kept the same 100% energy from the time they started until it was time to go home. If your staff are happy, it shows, as their dedication, drive and commitment to the job at hand was outstanding. Friendly, professional, hardworking young men. Lewis, Andy, George and Miles..., you should ALL be very proud of yourselves as l'm sure Ventrolla is just as proud to have you all as a asset to the company.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody, not just family and close friends without hesitation. These are incredible talented young men who take pride in themselves and their job, something that's lacking from a lot of young people these days. I cannot fault perfection, and that is exactly the experience l got from Ventrolla, Harrogate. They also clean up very well after themselves, incl vacuuming..., l kid you not! They were so good, I tried to get them to do my washing-up, but the Marigolds didn't fit. (Next time you're passing through)!
Continue to strive to be the best craftsman in the double glazed industry, as there's a lot of competition out there. I have experienced 'the best,' of 'the best' in Ventrolla, Harrogate.

Beautiful new window!
Ventrolla recently replaced my old wooden bay window and i could not be happier. I was worried about losing the vintage character but its even more beautiful than my original window! Great aftercare

Ventrolla sash window replacements
Hi, Kevin and Lindsay and wider Ventrolla team did a superb job at replacing old decayed Georgian sash windows with new modern double-glaze sash windows on my Grade 2 listed building. The windows not only reduce the sound (cannot hear the seagulls, shop alarms, or trucks) but help retain heat and reduce bills. They are also very aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the aesthetics of the property overall. You can also easily unclip the windows to clean or paint the exterior. I highly recommend Ventrolla for sash windows. Cheers, Hugh

Fantastic after sales service
I had some window upgrades done by Ventolla 15-20 years ago. They needed repainting but my previous decorator had retired and my new decorator did not know the maintenance routine. I telephoned customer services and sent photographs. The next day the installations manager came to my house to show me how it works. Thank you Zoey and Mark. Now that’s service!
I think it was around two years ago I bought my sash and case windows from Ventrolla. Recently as I was using the simplex system to clean the windows inside and out one of the style securing screws broke. I went on Amazon to find a new one but could not find anything that matched. So I emailed Ventrolla to buy direct if I could? I got an instant reply and two free of charge replacements arrived two days later, now that’s service! Plan to use again
We needed to get two sash windows fixed and decided to use Ventrolla to also get its draught-proofing system. More than happy with the result - we're now tempted to have them install the system on all of our other windows too!
Engineer Justin was excellent, explained the work, any choices for us to make, was on time, corteuous and made sure the property was cleaned thoroughly afterwards.

Reliable and professional service at a reasonable price
We were very impressed with the service from Ventrolla. They maintained communication throughout and were very flexible with timing as we were having other building work done and requested a delayed delivery. We had had several other quotes at extortionately high prices but Ventrolla were very reasonable but gave good service and high quality windows.
