Had sash and case refurbished and replaced with double glazing in Edinburgh. Very impressed with the professionalism, high quality, hard work and thoughtfulness of Alan and Kevin.

The window installation was made by Scott and Andy. They made an excellent job of the work. Polite, quiet, efficient, tidy. Excellent troubleshooting skills.

A big thanks to Derek Oswald for his sterling work on our 4 windows and front door. He worked hard for 3 days, alone, and we are really pleased with the results. Great job.

Damian & Ollie turned up at the promised day and time. They worked solidly for four days to repair, re-cord, draftproof and overhaul our 100-year old windows, 7 of them. All this was in the windiest, wettest weather, but they were not deterred. Ventrolla are not cheap and I'm not keen on their 100% upfront payment requirement, as a new customer with their worth unproven, but it is an investment I reckon will be worthwhile. Recommended.

Rob, James, and Tyler were absolutely professional and kind throughout the entire window fitting process. They paid great attention to every single detail, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. They also kept me well-informed at every stage of the job, explaining what they were doing and why. On top of that, their efficiency was impressive—the work was completed much faster than I expected without compromising quality. Had had someone come round to give me a quote. When the technical guy came round the quote was doubled as the previous man no longer worked for the company. Waited weeks for an installation date. Did the work and had a gap between the sill and house. Came back after a couple of days to fix. Apologies new worker. Should have checked before leaving. Have new bits but not sure primed properly as wood looks bare outside.

Andy Miles and George arrived at our home to fit a new window. From strat to finish they were professional and polite. They kept us updated on the job throughout the day. The window is fantastic. they went above an beyond hoovering our top landing as well as the room they were working in and they also cleared the moss of the flat roof when they cleared the wood shavings from the window installation. From the initial visit from Ventrolla to price the job they have helped me get my planning permission for the window and kept me updated throughout the production process

Ventrolla has recently installed replacement windows in our Regency period house. The old windows were original to the house & although in good condition for their age were difficult to carry out maintenance, cold & didn’t block out traffic noise. We had looked at various options before finding Ventrolla but they all meant we would loose the original shutters.
From survey to installation Ventrolla has provided a quality service and after agreeing the contract we were kept up to date at all stages.
The team who installed the windows, Scott and Andy, were very skilled as old houses never seem to have straight lines. They were respectful to both us and our house, always leaving everything tidy and making sure we could use rooms on an evening.
I am pleased we eventually found Ventrolla as we could not have compromised on what is best for our home.

Rob and James refurbished our front door. They both introduced themselves on arrival and talked us through the process of what they were going to do. Very clean as they worked and apologised about the noise. Showed us all the work carried out and completed a great job. Thank you.

it was an experience! I cannot fault Jake and Ollie at all, they were absolutely brilliant. But the whole process took WAYYYY longer than promised or expected from the initial confirmation of works. I know this is due to their heavy workload, which says something about them as a company being so busy (which is really good and encouraging in this day and age) but I really wish I'd know when I paid my deposit in July that works wouldn't get started until late January! As I said, Jake and Ollie were amazing and despite it being so cold and wet (Wales you know!) they did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. Worked cleanly, very polite and engaging and all round an absolute pleasure! Windows are lovely too!

The lads from Ventrolla are at my home this week installing my new windows. I’m so pleased with the work they are doing. It’s so cold and wet outside but nothing stops them. All very polite and considerate and leave my home so tidy I don’t even have to tidy up when they leave. The workmanship is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the lads.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Scott and Andy were a pleasure to have in the house and were so tidy we hardly knew the had been! Would definitely recommend Ventrolla if you need window repairs!

Excellent service. Replaced a badly fitting door, and installed reproduction double glazed windows. Looks fantastic and the room is much warmer. Would highly recommend.

Three new bespoke sash windows were installed by the Glasgow team. The whole process was straightforward and fairly quick too. Allan and Kevin who fitted them were brilliant - punctual, polite, highly efficient and tidied up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more really in terms of service! I have recommended them to a friend also looking for windows.

James, Rob and Tyler did an amazing job. Quick, tidy, great work and very helpful. They are obviously highly experienced and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Secondary Glazing

Ventrolla are not cheap however their product is top notch, and the delivery processes make them easy to deal with therefore I regard this as good value for money. They deliver exactly what they say and are straightforward and easy to deal with.

Scott and Andrew arrived on time, finished on time, and did an excellent job. The installed windows were fitted with a high finish - they cleaned up after themselves and we don’t need to do any re-decorating. After two days you couldn't tell they’d been in the house - they even re-hung the stair well window curtains for us (very high drop).

This was the second time we’ve used Ventrolla on our listed house. Rob, James, and Tyler did a super job: tidily, quickly, minimum disruption = very good. The refurbished vertical sliding sashes are perfect. However, the cost is enormous; time will tell if it’s been worth it.

The installer, Karl was very considerate of our needs and routine and always left the workplace clean amd tidy. He also spotted a defect in one of the replacement windows and this was replaced quickly.
The replacement windows are well made and time will tell whether they meet their expectations wrt insulation and longevity.
Overall the work has beeen completed as expected given the high price being charged
