Versailles Palace-tickets Reviews 

Nuestra experiencia en el Palacio de Versalles fue muy decepcionante. Nos sentimos completamente engañados. Compramos entradas para las 16:00 sin que en ningún momento se nos informara claramente que ese mismo día había un evento especial que implicaba el cierre del recinto apenas 40 minutos después.

El resultado fue que prácticamente no pudimos ver nada del castillo. Solo recorrimos una pequeña parte a toda prisa, y el acceso a los jardines también fue muy limitado. Si hubieran avisado o enfatizado esta situación, jamás habríamos elegido ese día, especialmente considerando el esfuerzo de viajar hasta París y el costo elevado de las entradas (casi 100 euros en total).

Cuando reclamamos, la respuesta fue simplemente que “debimos haber venido más temprano”, lo cual consideramos una falta total de consideración hacia los visitantes. Además, el trato fue poco amable, y nos hicieron salir apresuradamente por zonas secundarias, lo que resultó bastante desagradable.

Por si fuera poco, los jardines ahora son de pago (algo que no está claramente destacado en su página), y debido al evento, gran parte del lugar estaba lleno de estructuras, escenarios, luces y barreras que arruinaban completamente la experiencia y hacían imposible disfrutar o tomar fotos.

En resumen, una experiencia frustrante y mal gestionada. No lo recomendamos en estas condiciones.

Desconozco si esto ocurre cada sábado, sin embargo no recomiendo para nada adquirir entradas o planear visitar el castillo en este día, así como considerar adquirir entradas para antes de las 4pm por si casualmente se encuentran con algún "evento sorpresa" que les disminuya considerablemente el tiempo de estadía.

My one star is not for the beautiful place, but for the tickets scam on their website. We wanted to visit the gardens with the musical fountains, on the webpage there's written tickets to the garden, we pay and queue. At the gate they said they were not the right tickets, that they're only for the trianon palace, which is not only outside and far from the palace, but also hard to reach by feet in the heat. One must either rent a bicycle, which is not an option for me, or walk 40 minutes in the scorching heat. The tickets are non refundable. So to have the correct tickets I must queue at the ticket window for hours, not possible to be faster by buying online. And that's the story of how Versailles stole 24€ from us. I go eat a brioche.

Arnaque, fuyez ce site, c'est des voleurs !!! Nous avons pris des billets a 30 euros pour le château de Versailles, on a reçu des billets pour 12e et que pour un domaine annexe. Les billets ont des noms aléatoires et pas les nôtres. Service support ne répond pas.

Be careful! This is not the official Versailles ticket website, even though it appears at the top of Google search results. Purchasing from this site means overpaying for nothing. Google should remove it from the top results as it confuses people and causes them to waste their money. It's a real shame!

The feedback is related to VERSAILLES customer service representative at the point that the *****The Mirror Gelkery***** been closed in five minutes - without description to pay full price for the entrance.The whole journey coast another big price Paris - London - Return with huge amount of dissapointment to loosing money, time and effort if someone cares about.

Scammer, they charge 11 euros more then the normal price ticket, without writing it anywhere, google put them on the top, and they use the logo and the official images, looks like a real institutional website but is a scam. Buy on the official website and avoid this website that in 2024 uses this tricky way to take money from people. If you can, report them on Google.

Be careful when you buy tickets for #versailles. Appears a page called Paris Tickets, its logo is a PT with white letters inside a red box. Because of the name people get confused and think they are the official tickets web page but they are not. I made the purchase and they charged me double. I wrote immediately to them to say they charged twice and I needed them to refund me the money and they never gave me a positive answer. Once I was in #the castle of Versailles they told me they received lot of complains about them.

I made a mistake with the booking through Versailles Palace Tickets (made 1 month before the visit) regarding the hour and we can't arrive there at that hour. I tried to change or cancel immediately after the booking but I couldn't. The bot says sorry and that's it. The booking can not be modified or canceled even though I have these options there. If I can't arrive I'm losing the money. Also, even though the price is the same as the official site price, it is not all included in this price as the official site has. I'm disappointed about this experience. I really want to get a refund.

Booked a guided tour but signage is awful. 3 staff ushered us to huge queue and we nearly missed our slot. Staff seemed disinterested in helping and no where near enough staff.
The guided tour was good- the guide was pleasant and informative. However the huge volume of people crowding into evety room was anxiety inducing...literally hundreds pushing through so you couldn't stop and enjoy. The Palace is stunning but would not go back as way too many people pushing and shoving.

Man sælger så mange billetter, så man går så tæt derinde, at man ikke kan se noget.
Tror ikke at det er sikkerhedsmæssigt korrekt, da hvis der bliver brand eller lignende, så kan man ikke komme ud.

Diese Seite ist unbrauchbar!! bis zur Belastung der Tickets funktioniert alles bestens. Danach keine versprochene Mails, keine Tickets - vermutlich irgendwelche Betrugsarschlöcher!!! Schade, lassen wir‘s halt.

This company is trash, wasted 75 euros on those scammers when my sister and I were there in april. Imagine if they put the effort of making a genuine looking website into an actual job. People are too shameless.

Scam company, as the other reviews mention. No tickets received and emails go unanswered. Easy to get fooled seeing it’s the first result when googling “Versailles Palace”, Google should be more careful with vetting their sponsored listings. Please avoid to save yourself the stress, buy off of the official chateau website. Luckily we were able to get a refund after disputing the transaction with our bank.

Scam!! We ordered our tickets from the website as they had diffèrent availability hours. As others mentioned we received the confirmation email but never received the tickets. Calling the bank for a refund!

Die Seite versaillespalacetickets.com versendet nach der Zahlung die Tickets nicht. Ich hatte für das Schloss Versailles zwei Tickets online über diese Seite gebucht. Nach dem Bezahlvorgang bekam ich eine Mail als Bestellbestätigung in der stand dass die Tickets in einer weiteren Mail versendet werden. Die Tickets kamen nie an. Es gibt keinen Support, da es nur eine Emailadresse und keine Hotline gibt. Meine Emails bezüglich der Rückfragen wo das Ticket bleibt wurden nie beantwortet und die 60€ sind weg. Bitte nicht NICHT über diese Seite, sondern nur auf der offiziellen Internetseite des Schlosses. Außerdem sind die Tickets über diese Seite teurer als auf der original Webseite des Schloss Versailles.
