Stay away from this dodgy company
Ordered tickets for Versailles palace.
Very fast to send an email confirming they had taken my money.
Not so fast at sending the tickets.
Still waiting after 24 hours and several emails with no response.
Leaving Paris today very disappointed not to have seen the palace.
Thanks for nothing you shifty mongrels!!!

Better to get tickets from the official…
Better to get tickets from the official Versailles webpage, which has more options (I mistakenly thought this was it). Strict no cancellation policy, I noticed my mistake straight away but no way for a refund to get another ticket option available on the official site.

Having paid for tickets for the Grand…
Having paid for tickets for the Grand Masked Ball at Versailles, for June 2021, I was advised that the Ball was cancelled and told the tickets would be valid for the Ball of June 2022. I can't attend this, and they refuse to refund the money. Be careful if you're planning on booking.
Latest email from them...definitely no refund, if I can't use them I should give the tickets to someone I know.....
