The only problem I encountered was your phone system. It would be better for customer service to hire a few receptionists or a human telephone answering service.

Amazing insurance company
I switched to verti from another insurance company and saved a lot through them. Also the person I spoke to was extremely nice and understanding as well as patient. I had many questions and she had no problem answering every one and making sure I understand everything completely.so far I love this insurance and will not be switching ! They are truly amazing!
