Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. For some reason I managed not to include my house number in the order - the parcel got diverted but smooth communication and action taken by Jo made it worth the wait. Product seems good, fortunately haven't had the chance to use it.

Hi Ewa,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of VestGuard's EveAid defence spray.
Unfortunately, the cannister can sometimes have a residual smell from the filling process. We do wipe the cannisters down with acetone wipes which help to alleviate the smell. We would recommend trying this with nail varnish remover or similar acetone based product if you have it to hand.
In the meantime I have emailed you directly with some further information, if you are still unhappy with the product.
Thank you from the VestGuard team
