We are sorry to hear that your dogs did not respond as quickly as you had hoped. Our products are homeopathic and can take time ti build up in the system, which is why we encourage all of our customers to give our product at least 30 days when starting out as timing and results will vary with each pet. After one week may not have been enough time for your dogs. This can also depend on how the product was given. Derma-Ionx is an internal medicine, but can be used externally with a spray bottle for added relief. If you were only doing this topically, that may be the reason that you did not see results. This product arrived very quickly
This product arrived very quickly. My Duke out of nowhere began to suffer horrible hip problems. I had hoped the Vetionx would be a miracle cure.
Unfortunately it was to late for him. I will say the medicine did give him some relief and he was able to sleep for about 4 hours at a time comfortably.....I thank you for that.

No sense product!
They portray the product to be a substitute for insulin but say it is for the symptoms but the symptom is the blood imbalance. And they expect you to pay the shipping to send it back and they don't refund your full balance with shipping. The product is a fake! This was very upsetting.

We are terribly sorry for the confusion of what our product is. On the website is does state, "Safe, Natural Blood Sugar Imbalance Symptom Relief for Dogs & Puppies". Dia-Ionx is intended to help relieve a wide spectrum of symptoms commonly associated with a blood sugar imbalance, but not an insulin replacement. You are able to give our product along with the prescribed insulin treatment, but our product is not intended to regulate the blood sugar levels as the insulin would. It is not at all advertised anywhere on our website that Dia-Ionx is an alternative to insulin. So, again we do apologize for the confusion.
In regard to the shipping, unfortunately, it is part of our return policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping. A full refund of the product price (less shipping) will be issued if all purchased product, even an empty bottle, is returned. As soon as your returned package has arrived, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

I have tried everything
I have tried everything. Even zanex . My 11 year old Maltease is a calm non aggressive little guy. As he has aged he is insane at night . Tearing at the rug eating papers and knocking over anything he can. Nothing worked. This stuff works. He sleeps all night on just a half teaspoon . Will be ordering more.

Great product
Haven't been using it long but I noticed my dogs skin is looking better. She gets dermatitis every few years and she looks and feels bad. Itchy skin and scabs everywhere. Our vet put her on steroids and she bloated up. Gained a bit of weight from it.
This product is safe and effective without the chemicals. I am very pleased with it.

Very fast shipping. Item seems to be working as described. I purchased this for my furry Niece who has always had skin issues and was miserable with always scratching and hair coming out. I had 2 of her sisters, and had to put one down because of the hair loss, itching, etc. I wish I had known about this product then. I will use on my fur baby if she shows the same symptoms.

Disappointed
I was excited to find something that promised to help my cat with her dry skin even though it was a little pricey. No problem with shipping, but we are almost done with the bottle (not very big) and I haven't noticed any improvement at all. So have to say a little disappointed.
