It's great to find a natural alternative to fleas and ticks on animals. Vetinox offer an easy ordering website with clear descriptions & fast overseas shipping (shipping was a bit pricy but product not available here). I have used the shampoo before & it worked well on skin conditions. Hoping the flea & tick repellant does as well

If you are asking about order, shipping and delivery, all that was very good. No problems. If you are asking about the product I ordered, I think I wasted my money.

Looks like it may be helping, its only been two weeks and my 11 yr old lab is playing with her toys again thanks a bunch.

I don't want to use pesticides on my dogs. I saw ads for VETiONX, and read the reviews. I had no problems with ordering, and it arrived in about a week. The cost is less than the killer products, so that was a plus. I was a little concerned that it is safe for dogs, horses and around the house, but tells you to wear gloves, and take other precautions. I spray a little on a brush, and brush it over their back. The smell is not overpowering, and it seems to work. We've had ticks walk off my dogs!

The delivery and the product were fine.
The brush, however, broke and leaked out all the cedar liquid on the floor.
I was using it on the back of our retriever when the plastic holder of the bristles cracked. What is your policy? Replace or refund?

The ordering process was very simple, however, I received a "cup" with the liquid instead of an eye dropper (have aluminum bowls so could not add to the water)....try getting a dog to drink from a cup...not a good experience. When I finally did get the liquid into my dog, he began gagging violently...cannot use.

I'm about to send back the empty bottle to get my money back. My cat is still itching and scratching like crazy and has more sore spots than before. It certainly didnt work for us.

It works better than any prescription medication prescribed by the Vet. Great results! After using this product for a couple of weeks, there is absolutely no visible sigh of inflammation in her joints at all. yes, I said her. She is a big beautiful girl. Most people mistake her for a male.

I was hoping this would work on my shih tzu. She still had bad skin irritation/redness and sores.
