At first I didn't think the Promaxol was going to work. But after a week and a half she is doing much better. This was what I consider a sever case. She 14 years of age with a bad hind legs right from birth. So for what I had to deal with I would give Promaxol a 6 star rating

DID NOT SHOW ANY SIGN OF RELEIF. CHILLOUT CHEWS FOR MY OTHER DOG DID NOT SHOW ANY
IMPROVEMENT IN HER ANXIETY. AS FAR AS GETTING THE PRODUCTS, THEY WERE SHIPPED IN A
TIMELY MANNER BUT THE PRODUCTS DID NOT WORK.

We are terribly sorry that your dogs have not yet responded to our products Derma-Ionx and Chillout Chews. We do show that this was a recent purchase. Much like the Promaxol that you have purchased, it can take time to build up in the system before their body can begin responding effectively, if the product is given as directed. We do encourage our customers, when starting out, that they give our product at least 30 days. Some customers are somewhat confused with Derma-Ionx because we send a spray bottle, that the product is intended for internal use and the pray bottle for added relief. Refunds/returns for purchase using auto-ship
My dog, unfortunatlely couldn't use the product I purchased. Since auto-ship is'n't refundable (I didn't know this when signing up), I couldn't send it back and get a refund. At $30.00, that's pretty high for something you can't use However they did cancel the auto-ship - I had to ask, couldn't find it on the website, i had to settle for that. I think they should make all this information more easily available.

We do apologize for any confusion in regards to our autoship program. We can understand the frustration there and do try to make it as clear as possible online as well as by telephone, which is why we did include a box that is to be checked prior to proceeding to check that indicates you have selected autoship and agree to the terms. The order will not process with out that step. However, the order does show that the autoship has been cancelled for you, so no other packages will be sent. we are still trying this and hoping to …
we are still trying this and hoping to see improvement in our precious cat soon. the only complaint I have is it seems wasteful to put in his water, as we have to change/freshen water daily. the product is costly. I am trying a dropper (not provided with product) but I have a difficult time getting that in his mouth too!

In regards to the water use, we would suggest putting the product in enough water that they drink it all right away rather than letting it sit in the dish all day or changing it out. That way, it ensures that they get the full dose (we have sent this information via email as well). The product can also be mixed in with the food if that would work better for you. VETiONX Great product!!
I've been using this VETiONX for only about 1 week. Only 1 time daily and my Abigail is doing much better. She is 7 and is starting to show signs of her age and from jumping down from our King Size bed. She is moving much better and isn't acting like she's in pain anymore.

My Golden Retriever couldn't get up without any help but within one week I saw a difference in him it is now going into his third week and we walked around the yard and he had no pain just a bit scared from times to time but he is doing great I am so happy that I purchased this product....Buddy and I want to thank you so much

Ordering product was fine. Am waiting for the product to work on my dog but don't have alot of hope. Have seen no change at all and her arthritis is bad. I wish there was something else to help. I doubt if it is the product, just the animal.

Quick service. Harry is 12 years old. He is doing better and eating after being on the arthtitis medication for a couple of weeks. He still needs pain medication and is very quiet. I am hopeful over time he will improve.

We are curious, since you mention having gone through one bottle already, how the product is being given. Typically, one bottle is a 30 day supply for pets up to 90 pounds. With a lab, the standard dose is often 3/4 tsp once a day. Please contact our call center directly for dosing instructions so that we can offer some advise on how to best administer to Moose so that you get the best results.
