Excellent price and as their information states,I received the first email confirming my order and within five (5) minutes later an email indicating shipment “completed” and this email had the Microsoft key for my personal copy for Office 2019! . Went to Microsoft download site, downloaded the program, inserted the “Key” and it was done.

Wanted to purchase a digital code for a Microsoft subscription. They charged my card via paypal, then started asking me to prove my address. Visa explicitly states on page 36 of the Visa Merchant guidelines " Although Visa Rules do not preclude merchants from asking for cardholder ID except in the specific circumstances discussed in this guide, merchants cannot make an ID a condition of acceptance. Therefore, merchants cannot as part of their regular card acceptance procedures refuse to complete a purchase transaction because a cardholder refuses to provide ID. It is important that merchants understand that the requesting of a cardholder ID does not change the merchant’s liability for chargebacks." Since I wasn't comfortable with sending them a copy of my ID or something I told them no and they should feel free to refund my purchase since they hadn't issued the code. They then told me that I was violating their rules and said they were going to charge me a fee to process the refund. So, even though they successfully charged my card and then cancelled the transaction within 30 minutes or so, they feel entitled to keep some of my money to punish me. Total scam!! Update, even though vevodigital said they wouldn't refund the fee because it was legit, the credit card company sided with me and did credit my money back, which proves my assertion that they were not conducting fair business. Second update! They just contacted me to say that Paypal had credited them, so they're going to dispute this review. However I have actual mail from my credit card company showing that they upheld my dispute. So, not sure why Palpay decided to give them the money, but I can prove the credit card company upheld my dispute.

I was skeptical of buying Microsoft office 2019. I originally had 2 of these products in the cart to purchase and removed one just to try it first. The only complaint I would have about the whole thing was that there was not an increment/decrement option from within the cart. The process was smooth and simple. It's above board--Go for it!
