Better than Puffco support
Bro! My atomizer stopped working out of know where. Contacted support thru text. 2 hours response time. Went back and fourth. He said go to the email support. I broke down atty. showed video, followed all suggestions. Best part, all said and done, they sent me a new atomizer. Best part it just came 10 min ago. It’s the 5d xxl chamber. Bonus upgrade. One rip bruh, 😎 faded!!!!! Big ups to VGoodiEZ!! There support was amazing, never blamed, never questioned, consistent, and timely. I think they might have beat out puffco support sssshhhh🤫🤫🤫🤫

Vbaddiez! Home of the scammers! They sold me used old scuffed and dented bzero kit! Refused refund, gives excuses, run-around and now fighting with me through emails for 6 months! Very bad people avoid! Read other bad reviews looks like I’m not the only one who expereince bad customer service! Don’t buy from these scammers!

If there were concerned on the condition of the product, it should be reported within the first 48 hours of receipt. If this happens and you follow through with the instructions, there will be no concern. Unfortunately that is not what happened here. We are sorry you waited so long work towards a resolution and decided to take this threatening approach instead.

Super fast customer support
Vgoodiez was super fast getting my order out shipping it out the same day I ordered. My order was missing an item and Vgoodiez responded with in ten minutes of reaching out, and sent out the missing item. I was supper impressed with how fast they responded and got my order out. They also answered all the questions I had thoroughly and quickly.

I had issues with the glass accessories…
I had issues with the glass accessories fitting properly. Customer service person went from being dismissive to flat out rude.
The same person has also harassed me online for sharing my opinion about the incident.
It’s a shame, they have a nice selection - but I will never shop with them again because of how poor their customer service is.

I'm happy to give you a choice then. If you feel it genuinely is a defect of the adapter we can send you another one. And we won't even require you to send that back.
But if that doesn't resolve the issue, I'm not sure we have options for you. We have sold hundreds of these and I don't recall having any defect of this nature, but it is possible.

The purchase was for low cost mass produced glass accessories. There is always a little tolerance in these items and fitment can vary depending on the receiving glass pieces as well as the adapters themselves. Sometimes things are going to wiggle, especially when stacking multiple adapters together like you were. The key is the ability to get an airtight seal. We tried to explain that and offered to replace it. Maybe we could have worded it differently but you should consider your own tone and the fact that we did provide solutions.
You went on a one star review rampage hitting reddit, google and anywhere else you could find. You even made up sock accounts that I reported to Google for removal as it was clearly you and clearly fictitious. So you can project that harassment all you want but we are only responding to your smear campaign which is the real harassment.

Asked for a refund for an item that was over a week late
Asked for a refund for an item that was clearly over a week late, supposedly still in transit but any decent company would refund me for late delivery, instead I got hung up on, and recieved several angry emails saying I'm an impatient inconsiderate spoiled brat for asking. Tho they did reluctantly give me the refund, they get 1 star for that. But buyer beware, you will be left waiting weeks for your items and be treated poorly for asking for any customer service. Also recieved several angry calls, all before I had time to block them. They literally dedicated their day and the next to insulting me and they are complaining about a 20 dollar refund when they admitted to me people spend up to a thousand on some orders. Clearly they aren't missing out on anything if they so choose to not take my money but I offered if it did arrive to pay them back. They get another star for giving me a free item but 3 knocked off for treating their customers like utter garbage. Never have I experienced such disrespect over something so small. Will not be coming back as they hardly have anything good on their site, very niche. Dont harass your customers or call them insults over a refund if you want to stay in business.

You ordered on Christmas day 2020 which was a Friday. We dropped it off for shipping on Saturday the very next day. We shipped a $22 item across the country and you didn't even pay a penny for shipping.
Mind you the pandemic had made e-commerce and shipping a mess during this time period. Extreme delays and tracking gaps everywhere. It impacted our shipments incoming as well! Something we explained to you in detail.
We provided you notice that the tracking was being updated and asked you to be patient. Instead you flat out admitted you had already bought it somewhere else and threatened a chargeback! We REFUNDED YOU TO AVOID THE CHARGEBACK! You flat out admitted to us that you already purchased it from somewhere else and that is why you were pushing us for a refund. You were unreasonable and impatient!
Sorry USPS took to ship it across the country at no expense to you in that very busy time for shipping. It impacted a lot of shipments and most folks understood this but not you Goonther! In fact the delivery was made the very following day as the refund (1/9) and what did you do? Did you refuse it and send it back to us? No, in in fact you kept it for free and went on to update this BS review. We followed our stated policies and you pressured us with a chargeback and then a poor review. Hope you are proud of yourself, scamming a small family business.
