Used Victorian Cornice before and was more than happy with the quality. From order to delivery was also really quick.

How pathetic. I only ordered a sample. Supposedly free but the postage etc pushed it up to six quid. Fair enough in this day and age with postage costs as they are I suppose we can't expect companies to post things for free anymore. Anyway the sample WAS useful and I will measure up and order the required lengths of coving shortly. THEN it might be worth looking at my review as the postage is £20!!!

Great job - really friendly team and the installation went well. I was really pleased to have the opportunity to cast a small number of the ceiling rose sections and staff could not have been more patient and helpful.

Superb quality product but at a ridiculous price. The personal delivery from 50 miles away doubled the price of the product. Sort out a better delivery system.
The rather steep cost for putting in a central hole in the ceiling Rose was not done, fortunately I did the job myself in ten minutes.

I ordered various sample pieces before finally deciding on the final designs, each time these arrived promptly and well packaged. The ordering process was simple, and any information or queries I had were answered swiftly by the office manager. The process of having my cornice and roses fitted went to plan smoothly and professionally from start to finish, the two fitters sent to do the work were first class and an absolute credit to the company. Each day when they had finished they cleaned up the area they had been working in before they left, this is a dirty and messy job to have done but the lads did their upmost to keep the mess to a minimum.
I was delighted with how everything looked once the work was completed, and I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of having coving fitted in their home. I went with the plaster cornice as my house is a Victorian property and I wanted to restore it's original look as best as possible, it wasn't the cheapest option but worth every penny spent for the results I received.

Victorian Cornice have done a fantastic job for us! They have made plaster cornice for the interior of our newly renovated Victorian home and when our contractor decided it was a too big job for them to fit it they came to fit at short notice. They came back twice to fit the cornice in our ground rooms and then the exterior cornice. Both Hollie in the office and the fitters have been very helpful, professional and friendly. Amazing company and first class customer service. Ordered too many samples and they picked it up on the order and refunded me. You don’t normally get this level of customer service as companies normally just want your money. Not this company, there ethics come before profit which is so refreshing to see. Currently very unhappy. I placed an order start of October, receipt received with money taken on 6th October
Emailed them for a delivery update 25th Oct, no response
Called them today and no answer and message to start a voice message can not be left
Sent another email - getting very concerned to my order and my ability to finish my DIY project before Christmas
