After 1 week of to and fro I still cannot log in as it will not accept my passwords. I have spoken to various people at Vida and all have said that I am registered correctly, but I cannot log in and trying to change passwords is a nightmare. Does not happen.

Great experience from start to finish. System is easy to use and the speed at which we had a mortgage offer was unbelievable. Barry Lindsay was the underwriter on the case and case was offered within 24 hours. Even called me to let me know as well. Lending as it should be.

As a mortgage broker, I've used Vida HL for a number of clients over the years and recently completed a residential case with them. Their criteria were really helpful on a unique property where high street lenders couldn't assist.

Overwhelmed with happiness! We chosen to use CLS MONEY as our mortgage advisors we was assisted by Lucy and Holly who was absolutely fantastic! We submitted our mortgage application on the 11/08/2026 and having sent all our documents over that was requested Vida came back and asked for 2 more documents which was provided as soon as available! We then had our valuation of the property on the 19/08/2026 and recieved our mortgage offer at 9:04am on the 20/08! Vida have been amazing from start to finish all communication was extremely fast! Never left waiting the whole process, even though a mortgage is stressful in its self with our mortgage advisors and vida the process has been extremely quick! We thank all parties massively we are now very excited to move forward with our little family on a massive milestone of our lives! Massive thank you to everyone! all round 5⭐️

I am a mortgage broker and have had a case with another provider for nearly 2 months which has been a nightmare for myself, the clients and the vendor of the property. I had never used Vida before and what a breath of fresh air. Despite the case being 95%, with 1 years accounts and some historic credit blips, the case was offered in less than 2 weeks!. One happy broker and very very happy clients- thanks VIDA !

For an existing customer very disappointed with the length of time taken and the over inquisitive underwriting which ended up delaying the application to the point we had to start again and in that time interest rates had increased. If is not that the company does not know the business I do so it was more of the same but the fact that they wanted to know me as a new customer was irritating and caused delays as well as money.

I'm a whole of market broker and the service I receive from VIDA is one of the best on market. To have an underwriter who actually speaks to you, understands and is proactive is worth its weight in gold. Andrew Laing deserves a mention! Thank you so much for your support with our business.

Really good experience dealing with Barry Lindsay at Vida Home Loans. Barry was the underwriter on a BTL limited company case and took the time to call and talk through the case with me. He picked up the notes quickly, was easy to deal with and helped get the case through to mortgage offer swiftly.

I don't often leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.

We submitted a portfolio buy-to-let application on 27/07/2026 for an investor with six properties, all of which required full valuations. Despite the complexity of the case, we received the mortgage offer on 07/08/2026.

A special mention has to go to Barry Lindsay, the underwriter, who was excellent throughout. He kept us updated, responded quickly to queries and dealt with the application in a prompt, professional and practical way. Good communication makes a huge difference on more complex cases, and Barry certainly delivered.
