Viking Cycle Reviews

Great jacket, nice fit

I have found their products to be of great quality and value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to but from them in the future.

This company has great communication, and the motorcycle vest I ordered was great quality and fit amazing as well! Highly recommended!

Viking Cycle is an awesome company that cares about its customers and make great and affordable products for riders.

Dodgy. Paid for goods, but nothing has been sent. They refuse to answer phones or emails. Steer clear!

Trying to communicate with Viking cycle is like talking to a brick wall. I sent back a pair of riding pants that didn’t fit and never got an exchange or refund. I’ve sent countless emails and most are just straight up ignored. When they do respond it’s like a week later with unhelpful information. Also the jacket I ordered was supposed to have chest padding but there is none. The padding it does have seems cheap and seems to offer very little protection. Choose a different company for motorcycle gear.

I systematically waited 4-5 days for 2 different request. Each time message was brief and unsigned. I'm trying to organize a return as the wrong item was sent but it's radio silence... I wish that Mr Joseph would take care of my case as you guys...

Joseph provided good customer service to myself and my friends that also tried the products. Would use this company again.

I was contacted recently about a jacket Viking had, so I purchased it to try out. I was more than pleased with the purchase, as the jacket was light, comfortable and well made. During that process I stayed in contact with Joseph Lampson who checked on me everyday to make sure the product was as described and met my expectations. Thank you so much for the great jacket and to Joseph for his outstanding customer service.

I am very pleased with my experience with VikingCycle. They had the products that I was looking for including a jacket as well as backpack that I both use for riding. I had a representative named Joseph help me decide on which items would best suite me and my motorcycle. Thank you, VikingCycle, for providing good quality products with fast shipping and great customer service.

Awesome value and great service from Cathy. Had a few questions about sizing (size chart ends up being spot on) and Cathy was quick to respond and very friendly. Will definitely use Viking products in the future as well.
