I fitted all three wipers to my 2014 Ford Focus, all went well at first. But after just over 12 months my rear wiper fell apart. I bought a Bosch one from Halfords, much better quality. Shortly later my front wipers started to judder and smear. I tried cleaning the windscreen and blades but still the same. I expected them to last longer than they did.

Wrong wipers, wrong length, wrong fittings, phone the contact number, no answer, mailbox fall, write a email no reply, fed up with companies not having a human to talk to.

I ordered a set of front and rear wiper blades for my vehicle. The rear blade you've sent was the wrong one. I emailed to report this, and over the last week I've had sporadic replies, which have now stopped. I'm no closer to getting a resolution.

I'd been putting off fitting my new Vipa-blades as I thought it'd be very fiddly. I read the instructions and then fitted all 3 in less than 5 minutes. So pleased with the blades and proud of myself 😊

Wrong wipers sent. Contacted them, and they responded with, please send car reg, so they can sort it out. Reg sent, followed by an email to remind them. NO RESPONCE. Customer service at it's finest!!

Fast service, easy to use, and keen prices. Customer service useless. They sent me a faulty wiper in the set, when I asked what could be done, the stone answer was that I hadn’t unwrapped it properly. I have to admit, a heat sealed plastic bag sleeve is renown as a tricky process if your never opened a packet of crisps, or even cereal.

Very low quality wipers as it didn’t last as aspected leaving streak mark only after 4/5 months I bought for 2 cars both are same leaving streak marks. Think twice before buying I bought it via amazon.

Contacted customer care phone initially no response then sent e mail their response was contact help department , thought they might have passed issue on.
So repeated all issues including photographs and sent this to e help
No response sent another e mails to customer care and help dept no response.
Seems company happy to complete orders but customer support sadly very poor

I had them for about 3/4 months and already they are leaving streak marks on front and rear glass. It is very shocking and I would not recommend this to anybody. Very disappointing.

Brilliant company was sent the wrong wiper accidentally but they corrected the issue straight away and sent out a replacement within 2 days ….would 100% recommend this company excellent customer service

Ordered twice from thos company 1st time wrong wipers sent and was sorted even though I am waiting for a receipt still . Ordered wipers and this time car mats trying to return them and no one is getting in touch . Last time I use this company . Customer service is 0 stars take your money and run

The wiper blades don't fit my car even though the reg number was input correctly. The customer service is awful, no response on the phone, online chat or ticket raising system. The return page is a joke it doesn't work
