Excellent product. Fast delivery, well priced and very easy to fit

It arrived and works

Don’t buy from this company. Ordered wiper blades after giving them my license plate number so they could find the ones that fit my car and they sent the wrong ones. Tried to get in contact, didn’t hear anything back from them. Sent back the wiper blades and was told I’d get a refund that never came. After ordering the right ones, they’re squeaky and horrible and leave streak marks all over my windscreen. DO NOT ORDER THEIR WIPER BLADES.

Emailed a few times now as I’ve had the wipers for a couple months and there starting to grind and smudge but no reply. Save your money and buy decent wipers not cheap ones from here.

The wipers are easy to install and work perfectly. They are also about half the price of the manufacturer's. On top all that, the company also gave me great customer service by helping me with an additional wiper and then refused any payment for it. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Tried other suppliers for my windscreen wipers but only Vipa managed to send with the correct fittings. Will definitely be using again.

Wasted two weeks of my life chasing these fraudsters. Wiper kit didn’t arrive. Don’t answer phone. Emails false promises.None existing customer service. Shocking. Don’t use. In the hands of my bank.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. I have used this company a few times and have always been impressed. Even if an issue does arise with an order, if you reach out they are quick to rectify it. Would highly recommend.

Simply don’t buy it or you will regret it. Wiper blade judder when in rain even though it was a correct fit. All this time I was thinking it’s my wiper arm is fulty. But when I had enough and wanted to give another go with Bosch wiper blade it runs like butter. You better spend few quids extra and get Bosch than this vipa brand.

You will not doubt hear what great service and what great quality items Vipa provide. This is certainly not my experience.
I purchased wiper blades for my Wife's car June 2024. By September 2025 we needed new ones. Firstly what does that say about the quality?
We are selling the car and needed the new blades so I just thought for cheapness and easiness I'd just use Vipa again. What a mistake!!

I purchased wiper blades, ORDER #VCP79975 on the 10th September. They did not fit even though I used the online vehicle registration tool!

I returned them on the 18th of September. They acknowledged receipt of them on the 22nd of September. They claimed I would receive my refund in 14 days.

I chased my refund on the 8th of October and had a reply from Don to say he would chase it on the 9th of October.

I chased this on the 13th to ask why it has taken 21 days and I have still not received a refund.

I had a reply to this from Duncan on the 13th who claimed he would send the refund in full.

I then had an email from PayPal on Friday the 17th to say the transaction from Vipa had failed and had been cancelled, so PayPal suggested I contacted Vipa myself. PayPal also advised me they had also contacted Vipa and informed them.

After being told the refund had failed I sent an email to Viper immediately. I have not had any replies or acknowledgments to this email. This was sent on Friday the 17th and chased again Tuesday 21st October. It is now 30 days since my refund should have been processed.

So please remember, you might get your car parts, sometimes they might not fit so you might need customer service!! Good Luck with that!!!

I cancelled my order but the item was delivered anyway as the team refused to cancel. I then refused delivery so item was sent back to the warehouse. I was still charged £15 postage which is completely out of line and probably illegal. Avoid

Wipers failed (and I mean blade completely broke away from arm with no warning) within a couple of months of light use - I use the car for 20 min drive to work once a week and occasional trips out. Buy cheap, buy twice.

I fitted all three wipers to my 2014 Ford Focus, all went well at first. But after just over 12 months my rear wiper fell apart. I bought a Bosch one from Halfords, much better quality. Shortly later my front wipers started to judder and smear. I tried cleaning the windscreen and blades but still the same. I expected them to last longer than they did.
