Delivery poor
For the second time, my box has been dumped on my steps and left for all to see while the instructions clearly state that if i am not at home, the box should be left in the shed opposite the house. A label stating this information was attatched to the box so why does the driver not follow instructions?

Impeccable service from Jo
I had such a fantastic experience over the phone with Jo. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended some excellent wine options without ever being pushy or trying to upsell me.
What really stood out was that she noticed I had an unused balance on my account and reminded me to use it, which was such an honest and thoughtful touch. She also gave me plenty of time to think about the recommendations and encouraged me to get back to her when I was ready, with absolutely no pressure.
From start to finish, the service was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely customer-focused. It's rare to receive this level of care these days, and it made the whole experience enjoyable. Outstanding service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Jo in particular, and will definitely be asking for Jo in the future to manage my account and orders personally.

Wine boxes are always a great 'multi bottle quaffable choice'. I dont recall having a 'bad' wine, or one I didnt enjoy - so thankyou!! Prices are comparible to supermarkets for taste etc. VW definitely takes away the guessing on what my tastes would like, ie would spend some time browsing labels at supermarkets. I recommend subscribing with Virgin wine choices to colleagues, friends and family.

Your carrier left the wine on my doorstep which is only about ten feet from the pavement- it could have been stolen by a passer by. The label clearly stated to leave the wine in the back garden. (Past deliveries managed this OK). If my wine is stolen I will have to cancel my membership
