Excellent wine advisor
I have a wonderful wine advisor in Craig. He always phones with various offers and when wine is ordered it’s delivered promptly - mostly within 24 hours.
The monthly payment is a great way to save and the wine bank bonuses a great treat!

via Saga Wines - Appalling
via Saga Wines - what a load of rubbish. Did NOT sign up for a subscription with them - they just used the card I gave for one purchase to carry on debiting more for "a subscription". No one answers the phone - it just hangs up after saying its "wine specialists" are "helping" other people. Have written to them. Will dispute their debit. Avoid all temptation to deal with them.

We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience regarding the subscription and the difficulties you faced trying to contact us.
With regards to memberships with us, if you signed up via a voucher, it will mention this on the voucher itself that it signs you up. If you just ordered a case, we make sure to include in the case description before checkout if the case is a sign up offer. I am really sorry if these things were missed, however.
Our number should be working currently, as long as you call us between 9am and 6pm, so please try us again on 0343 224 1007.
If this doesn't work, I have sent through an information request form, so please fill this out so that I can contact you to arrange any cancellations. Please note, you are not contracted into any of our memberships and we can process refunds for any cases that are sent out but undesired, rest assured.

Great service
Easy to order from a great selection of wines, gives me the chance to try some I most probably wouldn’t buy in a shop. Delivery was quick as always and driver was very helpful and considerate of our property.
