Good quality wines

Disappointed
I was sent an email, if I purchased wine on or before a date, I would get two free bottles of wine. Unfortunately and unbeknown to me this didn’t apply if I brought 16 bottles.
I must say this is the first time that I have been disappointed with VW and you need to be more clear, especially to loyal customers.

Virgin Wines - good wine, good value and service.
Virgin Wines is an excellent company anyway - they have good, sometimes excellent wines at fair prices, easy to order and fast delivery. What makes the difference for us in particular is our wonderful 'wine advisor' who contacts us frequently enough to keep in touch but certainly not so often as to be annoying! Amy contacts us when there are particular wines available that she knows we like and makes sure we're aware of the excellent offers that might suit our taste.
Overall, exceptionally pleased with the service we get. Thank you!

My last delivery did not arrive
My last delivery did not arrive. Virgin Wines never got in touch with me, I had to follow them up before eventually receiving a replacement. They were aware that the parcel had been damaged during transport but took no action. The delivery was required for a party so I had to purchase alternative wine, a cost I would have liked to avoid. Despite the inconvenience there was no recognition other than a simple sorry. I've purchased wine for over 10 years and I think the customer service on this occasion was appalling

Quality especially of whites has slipped badly. I ah to throw out a full bottle of white wine that was be used with a lovely fish dish. This wine was undrinkable and tasked most unpleasant. Is there no quality assurance any more? Parallel something. It was awful.

The last three times DHL has failed to…
The last three times DHL has failed to deliver wine on the day they said. I spoke to Virgin Wines, an operative called Connor told me that is what you should expect from courier companies. He thinks that it is okay for me to waste my time waiting for a delivery that never arrives. Needless to say that I have cancelled my subscription. They have taken me for granted.
